   False Advertizing. Why say it is absolutely free when it is NOT. I don’t think this type of false advertising should be allowed anywhere

   False Advertising. Their ad said "Totally free." They lied. They are much more expensive than any of the other well known plant apps. The "free" version does very little and does not diagnose. I don't care if people charge subscriptions, BUT DON'T LIE ABOUT IT. Totally means totally. They didn't say "free to download and try some of our functionality." They said "totally free." If they lie about this, they will lie about other important things and users will probably will have great difficulty canceling their overpriced subscriptions. SO TIRED OF SLEAZY MARKETING.

   Gives questionable advice. I only wanted a trial, but, it charged me for year. This app isn’t one that is helpful, like other plant apps and I am, apparently, stuck with the cost. Apple says that they cannot give a refund for 3rd party apps, but, they have on other occasions. I’ll be asking the developers of this app for a refund, I’ll update you when and if they do.

    Useless. I downloaded your app and I paid $34.99 and now it’s telling me that I have to pay another $12.99 per month to use this app! I think this a scam and they ripped me off! There’s nowhere to sign into the app and you can’t get past the subscription fee page. I’m deleting it because it’s useless and it’s a scam! Deana M

    You say one thing and then it turns out to be another. You said it was free now all of a sudden I have to pay After three days of a trial subscription. I’ll see if this works, but I feel like canceling right now due to the fact that you misled me saying it’s free it’s free when it’s not free.

    Paid the full amount for nothing. This app does not identify no where near the amount of plants other apps do. It also doesn’t pick up on some issues with plants for you to be able to car for them properly. I paid for the entire year subscription so that I could have the full access only to realize it was trash and have to download and pay for another app. Very disappointed.

    Can’t use the app without an subscription. This app claims it’s “100% free” but when you download this app, you have to pay for a subscription to use it. Just use Google lens to figure out what’s wrong with your plants
