   التطبيق ما بعرف ايش فيه. يوصل عند خطوة سؤال عن اشياء تتحسس منه سواء قلت لا او ايوة عندي حساسية ما يمر للخطوة اللي بعده ما بعرف ايش مشكلته اتمنى من القائمين عليه حل مشكلته

   اسعار فلكيه. التطبيق اسعاره فلكيه ولو تقارنه بمطاعم الدايت كلها تحصل الفرق نصف السعر ع الاقل، ضرب من الجنون انك تشترك فيه وعندك عشرين خيار غيره

   The fastest way to keep new customers away i’ve ever seen. First time I’ve opened the app and i get greeted with “the app doesn’t allow VPN” so I deleted it. I guess i won’t try out your overpriced food subscription then.

   "Continuous Negligence in Utensil Provision Despite Long-term Subscription". "Unfortunately, my experience with **Calo** has not met my expectations. I have been subscribed to their service for a month and a week, receiving 4 meals a day along with snacks, but they always send utensils for just one meal! This issue has occurred repeatedly, despite expecting full utensils for each meal. Such negligence in simple details negatively impacts the customer experience and makes eating the meals inconvenient. I wish the restaurant management would pay more attention to these details, especially since I am subscribed for a long period. I hope this service improves in the future."

    Moving countries. It’s a great service unless you move countries. App doesn’t allow you to change countries and the their support chat can’t seem to help or figure out a solution.

    التطبيق خطر ومنتهك للخصوصيات. هذا التطبيق بمجرد تحميله يصل الى البوم الصور كامل دون طلب الاذن ( وفي الغالب ايضا المايك ) وتستطيع التأكد من ذلك عند طلب مساعدة والتواصل مع احد في المحادثه تجد علامة الصور وعند الضغط عليها دون طلب سماح تجد البومك متاح ليس لدي شي لأخفيه لكن العميل يجب احترام خصوصياته. ايضاً قبل التحميل تجد Apple تذكر ان هذا التطبيق او المطوّر فير موثوق ولم يتم مراجعته . استطيع المتابعه قانونيًا ومحاسبتهم ولكن اكتفي حاليا بهذا التعليق .

    Abdulmajeed. Calo along time ago was great option for diet meals. Today is the worst app, I’m challenging everyone if the calories is accurate ( all of it are carbs ). You’ll never lose weight depending on calo’s plans. Additionally, they delivered to me the same meal for lunch & dinner, and the reason provided by customer care is (technical issue). Worst ever!!!!!

    They did wrong. You can no longer access the App or login if you are connected via a VPN to me this is a huge negative and because of that i won’t be renewing my subscription with them. I’ve been able to access the app for over a month with a VPN and now they suddenly decided to disallow that without any prior warning. I cannot use the app because of this.

    سيء. الوجبات سيئة ومكونات مكرره والسعر مرتفع طلبت استعادة مبلغ الاشتراك وحتى الآن اكثر من شهر ولم يرجع المبلغ إلى حسابي لا انصح في الاشتراك معهم

    Extremely overpriced. You do realize that the monthly plan (which is the cheapest option offered) brings a single meal’s price to about 40 Riyals!! That’s for a meal which you can easily prepare for less than 15 Riyals and with better portions too at home. Not worth it at these prices.

    تعليق يفيدك. الوجبات جميله للامانه وطعمها لذيذ والذ من كثير مطاعم وكنت ناوي اشترك فتره طويله سنه او اكثر لكن اخذت تجربه لمده شهر الصراحه الاكل لذيذ ولكن لو تاخذ اشتراك طويل او وجبات كثيره بتتعب اول شي الوجبات مكرره بيقولو لك انه فيه تغير كل اسبوع فالمنيو لكن للاسف المنيو مايتجدد بتاكل نفس الاكل كذا مره واذا ماكلته نفسه بيجيك اكل ثاني ممكن مايعجبك او ماتفضله وبتضطر تاكل نفس الوجبات القديمه لعد تجديدها اصلا يصبح روتين منل على مدى بعيد واذا ماكان فيه تجديد او مسوين يجددو لك بتلقى الاكل مكرر ك رز ونكهات واذا فيه شي بتغيره يدفعوك عليه وذا الشي مايقولوه لك لما تضترك انت تشترك تحسب اشتراك كامل يطلع لا فنصيحه اذا بتاخذه لنجره او كسر روتين كويس اما بشكل مستمر ماينفع او ك وجبات كل اسبوع مره مرتين كويس غيره لا

    تحسين ومراجعة. السلام عليكم، يرجى منكم مراجعة التاطبيق وتحسينه بحيث يتوافق مع برنامج قارئ الشاشة الخاص بالمكفوفين، وجدت صعوبة في اختيار الوجبات وتغييرها بعد آخر تحديث، علماً بأني قمت بالاشتراك وأضطررت لإيقافه بسبب ذلك. ولكم جزيل الشكر

    App doesn’t show target calories anymore!. All of a sudden my app stopped showing my target calories and I no longer can amend that by myself. Help centre didn’t know what is happening and nobody is aware! My friends still have that option tho

    Great food but too many frivolous app updates. The developers are constantly making small, unnecessary updates to the app pretty much every week, so you are always having to update the app and re log in. Pretty annoying. This is a meal prep company, so the fact that they spend so much time on unnecessary app updates is hilarious.

    تجربة ٧ شهور. التوصيل ممتاز ودايما على الوقت التطبيق ممتاز جدا وسهل الاستخدام لكن اتمنى الوجبات الي اعطيها تقييم سيء ما يختارها بالمستقبل لكن للاسف هذا الشي ما تعدل حتى الان الاكل صار اسوء من اول من ناحية الطعم والجودة السلطات والاكل البارد الي ما يتحمى جدا جدا جدا سيئ لدرجة ان بعض الاحيان للاسف ما اقدر اكمل الوجبة من الزفر ما انصح اي احد يختار هذي الوجبات بسبب الرطوبة مع الدجاج البارد مكلف من ناحية السعر (الوجبة توصل ل٤٠ ريال) يطلبون تقييم لكل وجبة واذا قيمت ما يصير شي مجرد مضيعة وقت بوقف الاشتراك بسبب رغبة التغيير لان بالاخير كل اسبوع اكل نفس الاكل وبالاخير كالو لا زال من افضل مقدمين الوجبات المحضرة حاليا
