   Cheaper than Grab, but useless. I really wanted to like this app, but after using it for about 1 year, I can safely say that the cheaper-than-GrabTaxi prices are a mirage, because no matter how many times I book a taxi from multiple busy locations in Yangon, I can never get a driver. Places like Myanmar Plaza and Hleidan Center should be easy locations at which to find an Oway driver, but nope...not a chance in hell.

   OMG......!. I choosed my country code : +** After choosing this, a prefix number appeared automatically (can't edit it) as : 09 I entered my number 51***** When I request SMS, confirmation message showed as +**0951***** Valid number should be : +**951***** When will the message reach to me? <Not yet> Is this my misunderstanding? Or really did you guys develop this way? Finally, a code reached me. I login and the app said “Taking you back to Oway Ride” and it took me back to login screen. Tried it more than 4 times.. Enough of this.

   App is useless. App is not at all helpful whenever I need to go somewhere In a hurry. Always shows the dialogue box connextion error when my internet is fine and working. The app is always crashing and it's frustrating. Fix the app soon please or I will spread this information to other users as well, and start using Uber or Grab taxi instead. Don't let this bad app construction be a pothole in your business.

    Frozen App!. Do some updates! It's frozen all the time! I have to delete and download it again and again! It still doesn't work in both MM and English versions!

    Eng version not working after update. English version of the app is no longer working after the update. Only froze and can't do anything. Only after I uninstalled and install again as Myanmar version, it works. But hey I don't use unicode so can only see gibberish. Zawgyi will still be king, people!!

    Very bad. I used taxi from this service and it charged 2 times than the normal taxi rate. When I contact their customer service, the operator said "they have an error at the driver based software. Very very bad service and I have no intend to use this service again. I recommend Hello Ride instead of this Oway ride. (ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးကိုအသံုးမက်တဲ့ application ပါ။ ကန္ေတာ္ႀကီးကေန ကမာရြတ္ဘူတာရံုလမ္းကိုဘာ traffic မွမရွိတာကို ၆၈၀၀ က်တယ္။ ရွိဳးပြဲၿပီးလို႔ဌားတဲ့ Taxi ေတာင္အဲ့ေလာက္မေပးရဘူး။ Application error ရွိတယ္ေျပာၿပီးဘာမွတာဝန္မယူေပးတဲ့ဒီ service အစား Hello Ride ပဲသံုးေတာ့မယ္။

    Couldn't even be able to register!. The idea is great, though this isn't ready yet. When I registered, a message box popped up with no message in it. No clear instructions on what to do next. Hope it'll get better 💪💪.

    Getting worse every update and drivers giving excuse to cancel. As the app got update to the new interface whenever the driver accept everytime I need to restart the app. Most driver are never on the same location they provided and they would call to cancel the ride from my side cause they are too far and most of them would give excuse like they “accidentally” accept the ride. I request the Oway to have better drivers who know how to use the app so they don’t “accidentally” accept and know how to use the google map.

    price is cheapest but mostly connect with far away driver. I really like this Oway.Price is cheapest and i heard good recommend from my fri and driver also.But for now i can't use this app since last friday 10.5.19.I make cancel 5times over cause this app connect with far away driver and I have to wait over 10minutes so i make cancel. For now when i book, this app show me connect with taxi service company for booking. What should I do?I make uninstall and reinstall again.Already connect with service company and they tell me please open with new email and new ph number. But I don't want new account. If you have any Idea for this matter please help me.
