Can’t delete account. I downloaded this app in hopes of not having to pay $50 in rideshare fees because it seemed like a good idea. I decided I didn’t want to keep the app because I don’t use ride shares very often. However, I have been unable to delete my account over the last week and a half. I’ve tried probably a dozen times to delete my account and all I get is a spinning wheel of death. It feels intentional that it refuses to delete my account and I am disturbed by it.

Now forces you to link accounts.. I used to use this app pretty frequently, it wasn't totally accurate but it gave you an idea. I hadn't gone anywhere where I'd need Uber or Lyft for a while but I've got an upcoming trip, and I foolishly upgraded it when it prompted me when I opened the app. Well, now you've got to sign in with either a Google or an Apple account to use it. It didn't make you sign in at all previously, and now it not only forces you to sign in it doesn't give you the option to use an email address, it forces you to use one of those two accounts. I don't use Apple to sign into anything, and I'm no longer using Google to sign into anything either because I'm tired of their relentless tracking and data selling. So I guess I'll be deleting this app. Bummer.

DO NOT USE THEY STEAL YOUR INFO. i used it and as soon as signed in with uber my uber account was linked somewhere across the globe. had to sign out an deactivate my uber account. don’t link any of your accounts to this app.

Non-functional. Tried multiple times to use this app on my iPhone, but all I ever get is an endless ‘auto-updating results’ and trying to contact support either on the phone or on the web gets a redirect to a ‘page not found’ and a fake promise that the right page will appear in X number o seconds. Simply not ready for prime time.

Not accurate. I currently do not have a car anymore and I need to get a ride to and from work everyday. I downloaded this to get cheaper prices for the time being but when I click to book it just gives me regular prices so it was not worth the trouble of linking all of your accounts

Shady location permissions. I installed this app + linked with my Uber account & within hours started getting push notifications on Uber for exploring random cities/towns in remote places in Africa & elsewhere. I don’t trust that this app is abiding by user friendly location or account sharing practices.

App gets you banned on Uber. After being a Uber One paying customer over the years after using this app a couple of times Uber randomly bans my account and makes forced log off and password changes constantly like some clowns. Be advised

Downloaded the app, but it’s still trying to locate me. I downloaded this app several days ago and when I open it up, it says it’s trying to locate me. And it still hasn’t located me. There’s no way for me to do anything except look at the screen with the little buffering symbol, going round and round trying to locate me. So I don’t know if anything will work beyond this, but this part is not working that’s for sure. Can the developer tell me what I’m supposed to do at this point? BTW, I am using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and the latest software is installed.

App shows higher prices. Had accounts linked and was still showing higher prices. Also it is missing specific car selections that the apps themselves offer. Don’t see a reason for this app as it doesn’t do anything beneficial and allows them to collect data about your rides and your personal info.

App charges you for rrquesting Uber/Lyft. App adds extra $1.50-$1.85 per ride you get. Requesting directly with Uber or Lyft is cheaper, si what’s the point of having this app where you want tonget the cheapest posssible rate if they charge extra. Deleting it now.

Weird. I checked the Uber prices on this app and then on the actual Uber app. This app has a way more expensive price listed. Not sure why but not I can’t trust this app at all.
