   No available cars and many cancellations. Many attempts to reserve cars, but all cancelled especially when there is discount. Drivers accept then cancel and that is very annoying especially when you need it in urgent matter. I always try it first then switch to the other applications. From my side it doesn’t worth spending time requesting rides from here

   Over charging. Why I was charged another fee today. When I booked it was only 17.51 but when I went down of the car I was charged again by 9.39? What’s wrong? And it is not the 1st time it happened. I reported it before but no one called me.

   تطبيق سيء. تطبيق يسمح بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء مرة واحدة فقط، بالرغم من تكرار المشاكل من قبل السائقين، اخر مشكلة ان السائق كان بسيارة بحالة سيئة من ناحية النظافة او الصيانة وقعد يسولف كثير، وعند الوصول ظهرت رسالة ان المشوار اخذ وقت اكثر من المتوقع ويجب دفع فلوس اكثر! كيف كذا؟

    Fraud. They offered a price. I approved it. Then took the ride, once I arrived they deducted more than the DOUBLE of what they offered. Guess what?! They don’t have customer service!!

    Too expensive over nothing, only good thing about this app is the drivers.. This app purposely makes you go through the longest routes!! they barely send codes and when they do it barely discounts anything. The one star I put here is for the kind drivers.

    Bad car quality and the app doesn’t refund you. Drivers can overcharge you beyond the limit, have been trying to raise a complaint no cooperation. Just uber at this point its not “affordable” as it claims to be. Thanks

    Very Unprofessional company. How can any company be professional without having a customer service line to contact them? I’ve been through many issues lately but no one cares and no one to reach out to solve them. Drivers are rude, cars are dirty.

    Scamming thieving app. Will sometimes double or triple your fare after you book it and charge your card a second payment. The first is low and attractive so you use it, the second is expensive

    Terrible customer service. Customer service does not care for the inconvenience and unsafeness caused by an UNSAFE situation where the driver HAD A DIFFERENT CAR THAN THE ONE IN THE APP. Wasted 45 MINS and i wouldve reached my destination by now. Simply Terrible. Never using again. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

    حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل. برنامج حرااااااااامي لحد يستخدمه. طلب سيارة و كنسلتها عشان مافي احد قبل مرتين و الفلوس ما رجعت . دفعت بطاقة ولا مو بس كدا يعطوا سعر للرحلة و لما توصل تتفاجأ انه سحبوا مبلغ زيادة
