   Not sure.. Very beautiful cars and professional drivers. I’m just a bit disappointed that I exited the vehicle and the driver let the trip continue to run until the timer exceeded 20 minutes.

   Get Wiyak instead. Driver called me all rude and yelling i told him wait, went out a minute after he called and no one was there, i check app the order erased completely like it never happened. This service is a joke

   Useless choices options !. Once you register your credit card for a ride, it automatically uses that credit card for payment!😡 Why bothering to ask for each ride which payment option you like ?????? Useless !

    Got Charged Twice.. Regarding the App experience: very basic design " which is not necessarily bad ", sometimes you need to close the app and open it again when you wanna add your credit card. it can use some improvement. Regarding the ride experience: They have good rides and polite drivers, but they lack the basic support skills. my credit card got charged twice and i asked for a refund 24th of April "Sunday Night" and today i am writing this review on 3rd of May and the money still not yet refunded. The issue is, every employee would give you a different timeline and a different response regarding the same issue. one would say "on whatsApp" that it would take around 2-3 days .. the other would say "on the call" that it would take 3-5 days, and one of them even told me it is just a matter of 6hours. i don't know how anyone would treat them professionally if they don't act like professionals. Anyhow, i won't be using their app again and i would recommend that you pay in cash to avoid the support team hassles. enjoy the ride!

    Hate it. People are paid to say this app is good, they eventually charge double the trip price the driver will take the longest route and u will be late …just so he can get extra pocket money on the duration of the ride..

    Trash. This app is just trash, my ride showed as 5 min and then time changes to 30 min? I call the driver and he say I already have a customer! Why u accepted my request then!!? I missed a very important meeting because of how unprofessional this app is. DONT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED EXPENSIVE RATEEES
