   Sketchy Service. I took a Fetii with a group of people. The driver insisted that I cancel the ride then pay him via Venmo and had me show him my phone. It is not as trustworthy of a service as a legitimate ride sharing company like Lyft or Uber. I do not recommend this service and it seems to be unsafe.

   Scam Pricing. I got Fetii so it would be cheaper than Uber, but they still charge more than if I split an Uber with my friends. Fetii is fun in theory, but with that price tag I’d rather walk.

   Not trustworthy. Our Fetii driver drove decided he was going to drop us off in the middle of the desert at 1 AM. No background checks at all done on drivers

   Proceed with absolute caution. Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. The pricing and advertising are deceptive. We were never informed that additional charges would be applied based on the driver’s location, and nowhere during booking did it clearly state that a “God Mode” discount only applies to one person when booking a group shuttle. That makes no sense and feels intentionally misleading. Surprise fees after the fact are unacceptable and unethical. To make matters worse, customer service has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Operationally, it was a disaster. The first driver refused to take toll roads, adding over 35 minutes to our ETA. The second driver then had the audacity to text us directly asking for fuel money, which is wildly inappropriate and unprofessional. This company lacks transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. The experience felt shady, disorganized, and careless from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this service altogether unless you want hidden fees, delayed trips, and drivers asking you to cover their expenses. Proceed with extreme caution.

   Bad. This app is just awful. Everytime i’ve booked a fetii they have canceled on me or been near an hour away and lied and said they are almost there. Canceled a ride that was already 20 minutes late and was another 30 minutes away and he called to yell at us and claimed he’s “right outside” as the map says he’s near 30 minutes away. Then hung up the phone.

    Scam. False advertising. Dirty van. Not fun. Boring driver. Over-priced. Van is not what you expect at all. Driver didn’t even play music so we all sat in silence on the way to a festival. 0/5 stars if I could.

    Bad service bad drivers bad rate. Drivers always cancel Last minute even after confirming over the phone they’re on the way… if the rate goes up from the time you booked you can expect to not get a ride. Left me and my friends stranded. You’ll never be Uber or Lyft!

    Scottsdale Driver. 1/5 Stars - Unprofessional and Aggressive Driver Date: September 20, 2025 - Scottsdale, Arizona Had an extremely unpleasant experience with this driver today in Scottsdale. The driver (bald man in his 60s with a grey goatee) displayed completely unprofessional and hostile behavior throughout the entire ride. He was constantly yelling at other drivers for driving “too slow,” making obscene gestures at tourists, and creating an overall uncomfortable and unsafe environment in the vehicle. His aggressive road rage made what should have been a simple ride into a stressful experience. This type of behavior is unacceptable for any service provider, especially someone representing a rideshare company. I felt unsafe and embarrassed to be associated with this driver’s actions toward other people on the road. Would not recommend this driver to anyone. Rideshare companies should ensure their drivers maintain basic professionalism and courtesy. This experience fell far short of acceptable standards. Recommendation: Avoid this driver and report the incident to the rideshare company.

    Worst customer service. The drivers are great! But the customer support team is terrible. Takes days to respond and weeks to resolve an issue. After two weeks and still haven’t resolved my issue

    Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could give this company 0 stars I would, they have possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Could not recommend this service/app less. They are complete scammers and avoid any resolution to the issues they cause. They advertise one thing and provide 0 information as to how to use their app and then charge you triple the amount that an uber would charge. When you try to ask questions they give you a bot responding the same way over and over. When you call their phone number it’s some poor stranger whose number they put as the contact and haven’t changed to the correct one.

    Sketchy - BEWARE. I highly recommend not using this service. It’s a scam and not safe. Our driver was extremely rude and inpatient. The map on the app was not working correctly and we mistakenly booked our trip for a similar but incorrect address. We were forced to rebook the ride without a refund for the original. The driver was threatening and rude to the point that we had to cancel the ride and use another service. It felt very scammy and unsafe. Terrible experience.

    Never Again. Will never use Fetii again. Our trip was booked 48 hours in advance and our driver showed up late, in an old worn down vehicle whose air conditioning did not work. He also did not know where we were going, despite the fact that our ride was booked 2 days before with the end location in the app. Our trip was 30 miles one way, in Texas in July. With no air conditioning. Have not had an easy time at all getting assistance for this ride either. We cancelled the return fetii we had booked from our event and took separate Ubers instead. Will never use Fetii again.

    Not the best for Solo-riding (To anyone who is wondering). I went on a solo ride on a Fetii van to a destination I needed to go, I did some research but I didn’t really got the information I needed about the app since the info I looked into only talk about how great Fetii is. My ride got here really early and he was really sweet, but it wasn’t sweet when I received the bill from my ride. $40 is what my total fee is from point A to point B and it wasn’t even that far, only a ten minute drive. I would say that I should’ve done more research about the app but how was I going to find more info about the app if it only talks about how great and cheap it is? Anyways, that’s my experience with the app.

    A SCAM. This app promises to give you free rides all summer and then charges your cc $100 and doesn’t give refunds. They need to be sued for false advertising. And predatory marketing tactics!

    Just uber.. It’s literally just a van. There is absolutely nothing special about it. It’s an old run down van. AND, on top of it being nothing special, it cost our group more than double what two Ubers would’ve cost combined. Just Uber. This is a great example of a failing model.

    Don’t recommend!. Horrible app. I thought I was going to get a great experience but it was worse than an UberX. Honestly just get an Uber or Lyft Black. Probably the same price and wayyyyyy better experience! We could play music. Driver wasn’t wearing his seatbelt. Couldn’t charge our phones. 0 out of 10.

    Unreliable Scammers. The last time I tried to use fetti, I booked a bus for an event 48 hours in advance, the earliest they would allow me too. When the time came to be picked up, our drivers ETA just slowly increased time went on. After an hour of this, we were running extremely late to our event. When I cancelled the ride, I WAS CHARGED $30 for a cancellation fee, when THEY were the ones who were an hour past the time I booked 2 days earlier. Completely ridiculous. I have spent my money with them many times, so I think I would at least deserve the respect of not just being charged for their mistake, but I feel like they owe me some sort of ride credit. Of course, there’s no easy way to contact them so this never happened.
