   Lack of reliability. I scheduled services on two separate dates, but on both occasions, after waiting for several hours, I was informed that no ride was available. This demonstrates a serious lack of reliability. I strongly recommend that others do not depend on this service.

   Poor customer support app doesn’t work. Have been locked out of app. Get error messages. Customer support is useless. CS tells me app is in BETA and is being discontinued. That was months ago but app still available in App Store. Hoping App developer sees this and addresses.

    Unreliable. Do not use for important appointments! After waiting for more than an hour, I contacted customer support who told me that they would text me when a driver was available. Never showed up. $50 for an Uber is unacceptable. Customer support is completely pointless!

    Unable to track trips once trip has started with voiceover. Upon the 1.9 release, it is unfortunately no longer possible to view your driver details once the driver starts the trip and is in route to your pick up location using voiceover. The Google maps takes up the entire screen and upon contacting support, was provided a solution that never works for me, and is quite clunky. For the market that this company serves, it is quite surprising and admittedly discouraging to see something like this slipped through the cracks during testing. Especially if it is claimed to be wcag compliant. I have contacted support over the last few weeks with this issue and quite frankly, as severe as this issue is, it is disappointing to say that this has taken this long to fix.

    Absolutely no IT support. App worked great for three months. Started getting error messages and IT has not responded for the last three weeks.

    Disappointed. I love uzurz. I love the drivers, however for the past 2-3 weeks it’s been slow. I’m not sure if they fired people or what. It should be no reason why I schedule a ride and the person is coming almost 30 minutes after. They need to hire all there drivers back asap!!!

    After the fare change, the app no longer lets me do rides inside Chesterfield county.. I’m not even sure if this is just a glitch on my end or if the app is broken, but after the fare change to rides in Chesterfield from $6 to $10 and rides outside from $6 to $15, I can no longer access the now $10 rides. I did what they said to change the organization and apply for the new program, but even though it’s not at passed January 2nd, I can’t select which program to use and it automatically sends me to the $15 one! It even said that the new program CANNOT schedule or cancel rides within the app, even though the email I received said it could. I like this app way better than Roundtrip, but I’ve tried everything I can and it will not let me chose the correct fare. It’s made the app somewhat unusable. Hopefully this is explained.

    Late. They showed up a few times late and I haven’t made my appointments The one time that I can’t wait 30 minutes for another ride, they charge me a late fee for them being late. But it’s good most of the time.

    Unreliable at times. I’ve been using Uzerv for about a year now. At first it was pretty reliable but as time went on they became less reliable (no available drivers). On two occasions, I waiited for over two hours and on one of those occasions they never came and I had to get my son-in-law to pick me up. I will say that you have great drivers, when they are available.
