Amazing experience. This was an amazing experience overall. The ride was extremely smooth, and although I initially thought I might feel claustrophobic, it felt completely normal and comfortable once we got going. The only issue we encountered was that one of the seat belts was not functioning properly. Fortunately, there were only three of us, since all occupied seats must be buckled before the ride can begin. Aside from that minor hiccup, the experience was impressive and enjoyable.

Look mom…no hands!. Just took my first spin in a Zoox, and I’m officially ruined for regular cars. Experiencing a totally driverless, steering-wheel-free cabin for the first time was an absolute trip—but the real plot twist was how much I actually got done. The carriage seating is so spacious and shockingly smooth that I was knocking out emails like I was at my desk, minus the traffic stress. It’s ultra-convenient, ridiculously comfortable, and honestly just a flex. 10/10, no notes (and no small talk).

Wow !!. Today was my first time using Zoox. I’m staying at resorts world but playing poker at aria. It’s too far to walk and uber adds up in cost so why not? Try the free ride. I jumped on the app saw it would be a 45 minute wait so i accepted and then got ready in my hotel room. By the time i showered and changed the car was 5 mins away. A short walk downstairs and the next thing i knew i was in the car. You control the temp and the music. No small talk with the driver, just a nice smooth and easy (and free!) ride! Loved it!

Zook. Riding in the Zoox self-driving car was an amazing experience! The ambiance inside was modern, calm, and incredibly relaxing. I loved that I could customize the music to my favorite genre, which made the ride even more enjoyable. The vehicle was smooth, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to sit back and enjoy the experience. Zoox better than Waymo. Having used both Waymo and Zoox, I prefer the leg room and seating arrangement in Zoox vehicles . The head rests especially on S.F. roads is a jarring experience . They are hard plastic vs foam , not sure why Zoox skimped on headrests. The AI driver seems more timid that Waymo AI, with regards to turning at intersections and un predictable humans (cyclists and pedestrians ). Vehicle routes remind me of a teenage driver starting out avoiding busy roads , but other wise 5 stars for the Zoox experience . The Zoox lounge is a nice touch in the SF .

Great ride!. 5 out of 5! Highly recommend. Takes time to wait for pickup, but the ride itself was extremely smooth and efficient. When random people jumped in front of our ride, Zoox stopped quickly. Very safe ride! My whole family enjoyed the ride!

First ride left us. Experience was really nice had to wait over a hour for a ride however, it was due to uber drivers taking up all the spaces it told us to meet at pick up one. We waited it never showed up. Just make sure you check all the Zoox that pull up because if someone’s blocking your ride it will not come directly to the location it says it will pick you up at. Otherwise it was a nice cool experience and well worth the free ride.

Smooth comfortable ride. This is the first time we’ve been in an autonomous vehicle. It was a great ride very comfortable felt a little weird, not having any control but all in all a great alternative to cab.
