   Another day another scam in Bulgaria. Did you know that the entire taxi system in Bulgaria is part of the mafia? It’s why Bulgaria is pretty much the only country in the world with running water that doesn’t have uber Just more Bulgarian corruption. That’s why you can’t have a working taxi and 2026 was not the year they finally fixed it 🤡

   Very glitchy. App is very glitchy and loads very slow. Yesterday it entered a crash loop that I can’t get out if even after reinstalling the app and rebooting the phone.

   Worst drivers ever. Got scammed from one of their drivers at Sofia airport. He promised me 25lv for the trip but then at the end demanded 50lv. When l asked what made the price go up he didn’t explain himself. Dangerous and reckless driving, swearing during the trip were common occurrences during the trip. If you ever need their services just choose another company!

   Doesn’t work with an American number. I’ve tried to register with two separate American numbers, one on Verizon, the other is a fully digital number on Google Voice. Neither one received a confirmation text to even be able to complete the signup. Who needs taxis the most? Tourists. If this is fixed I will change the rating, but in its current state it’s literally unusable. This is the exact same issue I had with Maxim, something about these Bulgarian cab apps just don’t play nice with American numbers, which wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t require it to use the app and you could use an email or something else instead.

   Vey bad. Not fixing bugs ie improving at all.. The app looks like trash to be fair. When you open another app or click home button then you have to start search from the beginning, everything rolls back. Not enough cars too. It seems no one supports this app anymore…

    Не бих повторил. Колата дойде мръсна, шофьорът пушеше и беше отворил всички прозорци (про положение, че навън е минус 5). Изтрих аппа и повече не бих повторил. -------- Avoid this service in Sofia - dirty cabs and the drivers are smoking.

    Most anti-consumer feature ever in an app. Overall the App is okay, but there is a feature in it that ruins everything. The feature in question: Expanding your search by adding +1lv to your bill each time. This feature is hard to beat in the anti-consumer department because it incentivises drivers to make you wait until you give in and start adding money to your bill. This creates the opportunity for drivers to effectively force you to add tips to your bill. This drives prices up and increases waiting time for the user, terrible experience. I love the fact that you can add a tip and pay with the app directly, but tips should be rewards for great service, not forced on the user to even get a cab to begin with. This feature needs to be urgently removed. Look at Uber, there is a reason drivers don't see who tips what and who rates them how. Increase features that make drives and consumers cooperate. People will do what you incentivise them to do, if you tell them they must exploit their clients to increase their income they will unwaveringly do so. Absolutely abominable idea. Another Bulgarian piece of software that is so distinctly Bulgarian.

    Great idea, not so great app. Initially worked well, then stoped working on iPhone XS when I needed it most. Can’t really on it.

    You can’t get taxi in peak hours. Useless app. In peak hours when the taxi companies can’t find you a car -the app can’t either.

    English please?. Update - I had a notification that I had a message from TaxiMe and I hoped that the developers were going to respond to me. The message was in Bulgarian. I tried to select the message to see if I could paste it into Google Translate, but that just took me to the app, completely in Bulgarian. I’m studying the language, but I’m not that fluent yet. So- English please? Prior post: This app was recommended to me as I am living in Sofia, but am still learning the language. The app is said to be in English and Bulgarian, but it installed in Bulgarian only, with no option I can see to change to English. I tried to contact the developer, but that link didn’t work. If I can try this app in English, I think it would be useful and would rate a higher number of stars. Hoping that someone sees this and can tell me how to change the settings.

    Extremely unreliable. Tried to use it multiple times with no success. Just waited for more than half an hour and no taxi arrived.

    Misleading and useless. The app leaves you waiting for 5-10 minutes only to say there are no cars available. Also the drivers don’t get to the actual pick up location so users have to call and explain where they are.

    Unreliable. Driver cancellations are common and cause immediate inability to use the app. When a driver actually comes they are nicer than usual. It could have been nice but it's too frustrating and unreliable.

    Good app. Positives: + Works well + User-friendly + Fast response time + Used it twice already and happy with service + Track the car on the map in real time + Both times the drivers were very close to my address and arrived in less than 2 min. + The actual price paid less than what the app calculated. Negatives: - No history of orders available - Nice to have a user profile and be able to save preferences - Prefer to see actual pictures of the car so i can decide whether to accept or decline-->search again. There're many old cars in Sofia that are not maintained at all and hence noone wants to ride in. - No profile of the drivers - the whole service is a bit gambling - you don't know what to expect. - There must be an option to select a small or a big car in case you have to go to the airport with 3 suitcases. Definitely a lot to be improved! Otherwise thumbs up!

    Great service and drivers. Just needs more features. Sofia - So far I’ve always been very very happy with drivers and how fast it finds drivers. Missing features are sending notes to drivers before driver is selected and multiple destination trips. That said, I’ve had no problem asking for round trip or multi destination trips even during peek hours.

    Love the app. 3* mainly because a year ago TaxiMe paired me to a taxi in a second. As of July 2019 I have to search and search. This morning as an example it took 9 searches. For English only; this is a completely awesome app and as close to Uber as I’ve found in Sofia!
