Poor customer support. Wow your customer service folks have a bit of an attitude about them. Time to stop using the app.

Have to have the app open. Makes it pointless

Timer shuts off with phone. The timer shuts off when the phone automatically goes to sleep. It only begins to start recording once the phone is woken up. So every time I run for a set time, I don’t know when that is.

Disappointed. You can’t get notifications from Apple Watch through ear buds useless save your 2.50

Worthless if using on treadmill. I'm so glad this app was really cheap. It doesn't work well if you use a treadmill. It won't record distance and if you turn off information to send to apple health, the whole app quits working. I just want this app to call out my walk/run intervals and use the fitness app on my apple watch to collect and write data to apple health. So disappointed that it won't let me do what I want to after I paid the asked fee to use it. Do better.

Adds “other” memory to your watch. I have minimal memory on my watch so this made a big difference for me. I have added, and deleted, this app two times to my watch and each time it adds “other” memory and filling up my watch. Then my watch keeps giving me “full memory” prompts every five minutes. I don’t like that it adds items into the system that the watch does not identify as part of the app.

Update left out older Apple Watch. Frustrated to wake up and not find this app on my watch. Yes, I have an older Apple Watch that doesn’t update to newer IOS, but why not leave a version of this app to be used by the people who paid for it.

Good concept. Poor execution. I wanted to love this app, but both times I’ve used it so far there have been glitches with syncing to Strava and on the second run, none of my internal times are present. I guess you can’t expect too much from a $4 app, but at a minimum it should be able to do what the description says it does.

Nice until I tried to use it. Paid for the full version to create custom workouts, which turned out to be a waste of spare change. Apple Watch won’t recognize my paid version despite uninstalling and reinstalling, so I can’t use any of the intervals I created. Disappointing.

Not free. It’s $4 in order set up your own intervals. I really wish the App Store would make these developers put the price in the description instead of having to download and find out.
- ★★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data
inaccurate. unreliable and inaccurate

Family Sharing Doesn’t Work. App works fine for me, but family sharing doesn’t work as promised. Shouldn’t have to pay twice for an app that promises family sharing.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
You have to pay for anything useful. This app has no real advantage over other free apps. I downloaded because it boasted fartlek options. But to set up an interval you have to pay. Deleted app after 5 minutes.

Don’t buy. There are plenty of way better apps that are free. Don’t waste you 4 bucks
- ★★★★★privacy and excessive permissions
Can’t use. Tried to install, installed and took me in a circle between apple health and the app. The app makes it sound simple “allow full permission by apple health to track runs” I don’t care for the tracking runs and really wanted to utilize the interval time function. I decided I’d be ok with the permission shared but there is no option nor does it tell me where to go to change that to allow access. It doesn’t have a help feature, just 2 buttons that say “ok” or “not sure.” It does not show me how to work around the permissions if I do choose to allow apple to have all my data, therefore spinning me in a loop between the two apps.

No indoor running detection, No vibration notification. Not worth it.. I thought this app would let me use my Apple Watch to run intervals but I guess I have to go back to my Garmin to train. It won’t notify me with a vibration so If you are listening to your music, you won’t know the interval is up. If you run on the thread I’ll it will tell you you ran 0 kms. Very disappointing.

Sound doesn’t work so might as well just look at a watch. Pointless

Doesn’t work. Couldn’t even get past the first step. I didn’t have the option to turn anything on when it linked to my health data so couldn’t use.

Pas content. Ne calcule pas Km fait

Distance tracking completely wrong and app crashed. Distance tracking was totally wrong - at one point, the timer was still running, but the distance was stuck at “25meters left” for 5 minutes. Then the app crashed and it didn’t save my run info. I regret buying this app.
- ★★★★★slow performance and long loading times
No customization options. If you’re hoping to set multiple interval types aside from just “slow” or “fast”, you’ll be disappointed. You also can’t put more than two intervals in each set. The options are extremely limited.

Useless app. So difficult to navigate. Waste of money. No support either

Bait and switch. The app description has lots of cool features. None of them are available unless you purchase them. Dishonest behaviour. The description should clearly state what features are free and what requires a purchase.

Free version is useless. I’m giving 1 star on principle. The free version of this app is useless. Why bother even offering it? Don’t download the app unless you are prepared to pay $6 for any real functionality.

Run didn’t save. The app glitches when you finish a run and doesn’t save. Super annoying

Great customizable features if you don’t need to listen to any other audio source while you run. Major flaw is not being able to listen to any audio sources while you run. You won’t get any notifications of interval changes, either haptic or audio notifications.

Bug. After the new update, there is no sound when starting the workout. I tried everything but no luck.
- ★★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data
Distance is inaccurate. I was excited to use this to have an interval timer to use for my training, but on my first run I noticed the distance was discrepant. I ran 3 miles, and the app showed I went 3.59 miles. This is a pretty significant difference, so I will have to use a second app to track distance when needed.

Interval Settings. Short story: If you are looking for a METRIC, DISTANCE INTERVAL app that will accommodate multiple rounds of more than TWO distance interval types at a time (i.e Walk 100m, Jog 200m, Run 300m for 7 rounds) this WILL NOT be your best option for an app. I was really hoping to use this as a MUCH easier way to get in some distance interval training, without a track or predetermined route. This app looked more user friendly, and like a more simple way to achieve my runs. Unfortunately, it’s no easier than another app I have. I can only program 2 intervals at a time, and have those repeat. Most of the time, I personally have more than 2 separate metric distances to run in one interval/round. So, I’d have to create 2 separate “intervals” in order to achieve my FULL interval display, and continue re-entering the intervals in the app, since repeating rounds only works for one “interval” at a time. Please make it easier to program for 3–5 separate distances in ONE interval at a time, and THEN the option to repeat the rounds. It’s a great app, when I only have 2 distances/times to run at a time.

Son far, can’t get it to work on Watch. I downloaded specifically for the Apple Watch usage without my phone. However I can’t find the app in Watch app to install or configure. So I can’t use it. Pointless download.
