   More time starting my fit, my MapMyRun then actually running. I had to restart because the damn thing kept pausing every couple minutes. Sure, I’m a slow runner. I’m 65 years old. Yeah I’m slow anywhere between the 15 and the 17 minute mile. I’m about ready to send it to the trashcan. This is the third time I’ve had issues with it in three days. And please don’t come back and tell me to go with a walk. I earned the right to call it a run.

   Kill ads on the free version. Love your app I’ve been using it for years, but you seriously need to kill the ads and the prompts to upgrade on the free version. Anyone using your free app has already allowed you to track all of their metrication data runs walks speed pace, weather frequency That’s enough stop prompting me to upgrade every time I use the app and ads when I try to start a run

   Bad timing. When my wife and I walk together, the timing is vastly different despite the fact we are walking exactly the same. And the fault is not with the phones - we checked that. So how can we trust the accuracy if two identical works record different times and distances?

    Charged without my permission. they charged me for an annual subscription when i didn’t even have the app and never agreed to ANY subscription? tried to get my money back and they won’t let me talk to a human, only AI. Reporting to Apple for this scam

    Annoying to use. It’s easier to close and reopen the app to start a new workout than navigating the unintuitive menu and seeing ten thousand ads for their premium subscription

    Inaccurate!. Said I ran 0.1 mile but I ran a mile! Don’t recommend. Now I have to find a different app!

    Solid app, their push for a subscription kills that.. I have been using this app for 10 years and absolutely love it. Now that they push their subscription every time you open the app I will be finding a new one.

    Very concerned about their data policies - and you should be, too. Mapmyrun appears to have sold out my data. I use a private rely on my email, and the unique email address I used to sign up for this app is now receiving literal bitcoin phishing emails. The only entity who had this email address was Map My Run. Who knows what they’re doing with even more sensitive data about where I go, etc.

    Show states when phone goes off. It would be convenient if you could always look down and see your running statues. It is annoying to have to in lock the phone and scroll it order to see your pace as you run.

    Wouldn’t let me sign up. I tried too sign up , and don’t you know how the age says 9+ I downloaded it bc I’m 13 sooooo it says I’m not eligible to create an account👍 fix your age or fix your app . This is a scammmm

    14 day free trial…. Like it’s in the freaking name dude. Why put this prompt then proceed to charge within seconds of trying to “experience” the features y’all have on this app. Honestly it’s a shame how dishonest this is and for Apple to turn a blind eye to because y’all are profiting on misinformation so why fix it….right?

    OCT 28 2025 update = ads. Been with this app for years. New (origjnal) owners have added more and more ads with each update. Now I’m done. Will be deleting app soon if next update doesn’t reverse this trend. All I want is a shoe mileage tracker. No “coaches” No “challenges” Disappointed

    Junked up post sale. This app was recently sold to Outside, which has increasingly pushed a useless subscription and junked up the free version with ads. If you’re looking for a new run tracker, look elsewhere!
