Stupid watch app. I specifically tried this app so that I could leave my phone behind while I go on my workouts. C25K uses Rock My Run and can't play music through your watch, so you have to either carry your phone so you can hear the interval instructions or use your watch, which supposedly gives you better tracking information, and forego the music. I tried downloading this app to see if maybe it would close the gap, but it doesn't. What is the point of having a running music app for your watch that doesn't actually play music through your watch?

Won’t even open. I used to love this app. I got logged out somehow after paying for a year subscription. I tried to reconnect my Apple ID/restore purchase and it never went thru. I tried again today because I had such a great list of saved mixes, and I can’t even get the app to fully load to try to log in. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it…nothing.

Bait and switch junk.. I download the app to try the 14 day trial and charges by credit $85. Not a good way to build customer confidence.

Won’t work on my hone. It was very aggravating not to be able to make the app work after installation. I was not able to open it ever. I tried to cancel it so I reached out to them..they insisted on me working on the app with exhausting suggestions. I do not have the time do deal with the trouble. The subscription did not appeared under the usual “apple subscriptions” so I though maybe it was not working and perhaps it did not go through.. then they charged me and did not refund me. What a hassle!

Skip to next track too limited and Billed without consent.. You have so few chances to skip to the next track that it’s unusable. Also, I was promised a free trial, but was billed.

No STARS for you, RMR!! ;). Literally, the app WILL NOT OPEN!!! 😤 Used this app for years, & decided to start back working out after a recent move. Downloaded the app, & went to set it up, & IT, the app, will NOT EVEN OPEN!!! After reading the recent reviews, I’m sad to say, I’m just going to DELETE it & move on. SO SAD, I use to love this app! 😣 PS: you can’t even leave a review w/o leaving a star!! 😡

It drains the battery too quick... I was a RockmyRun user from the very beginning.. 2017 or so l want to say.. they went from a yearly subscription of $35 to $70 + and charged me after l l cancelled.. Apple couldn’t refund me, they supposedly couldn’t help me.. l had to stop using the app because it drain the phone battery too quick..

Took away songs in playlist?. Taking away the songs in the playlist has made choosing a playlist difficult when coaching a class especially days where we have themes. App continues to get worse than get better. Will be deleting.

Can’t try w/o paying $8/month. This could be a good app, but there’s no way to know without signing up to pay $8/month. Seriously? If you don’t think people will like your app enough to sign up after the free trial, I’ll trust your opinion. Deleted.

Went away for awhile and when I came back:. This app used to be free with paid perks. I was ok with limited functionality because it did what I needed. Now you have to pay to even listen to music. No thanks. No need to pay here when I’m already paying for other platforms also.

New app is horrible. It’s glitchy. It closes out. It’s slow. It’s hard to navigate. The graphics are not even in proportion in the search tab. Can’t believe they put out such a poor quality app. RMR used to be my go to workout app. Now it just is more frustration than it’s worth. Very disappointing.

The update is terrible. I’ve been using and subscribing to this app for 4 years and it’s been my absolute favorite to run to. But this recent update is terrible. The sound quality is very poor and it doesn’t allow me to speed up playlists as fast as they could before the update. A complete bummer that I can’t run to my favorite playlists anymore because the BPM is 30 beats slower than it was previously. I’ll be cancelling my subscription unfortunately because of these changes.

Update sucked the life out of the app. Not a fan at all with the update. I know you can't display playlists anymore for licensing reasons, but can you at least keep the stations playing in the original order from start to finish? I don't like that it just randomly picks a starting point. And when you pause it and resume, it just jumps to the next track. Revert it back to the old version til you get the bugs worked out!

“Trial subscription expired”. Downloaded last night. Was excited to try. But when I opened it today they want me to pay because “trial subscription” is already expired they say. Um no, not paying for something you won’t let me even try.
