   A scam. I paid $24.95 for a lifetime subscription. I don’t want to pay more for the pro version since I only scan a few documents per month— mostly for the insurances I have. It only allowed me to send 5 documents! So now I am supposed to pay more just to send the documents? What good is scanning them if I can’t use them to send ?

   Garbage. This is impossible to use. The ads are endless and the latest version has no exit for ads. Usually there’s a little 5-second countdown but not now. You have to close and reopen the app to finish a task. Total trash!

   Scamming people. Be ware it pops up a box for trial which charges you $4.99 every week after you clicked it without knowing it. Every week until you find out where did the charge comes from, eventually. I deleted the app. Scam! Make sure you go through your credit statement after you downloaded this app.

   They became money hungry. This was the best app until recently. Now every other minute another ad pops up and disrupts your scan. In addition to this, even though I paid to have access to scans and I delete pages scanned, they want me to upgrade because my space is so called full. It was great for two years now it’s trash.

    Bad review. This app has messed up a few opportunities for me using it for business, do not trust this app to keep changes and edit properly. I’ll edit a pdf and something completely horrible and different will show up. It’s definitely got some bugs, do not download this app.

    Charged even though I canceled.. I tried this and it wasn’t what I was wanting so I cancelled the same day I started my trial and then was still charged even though it was cancelled way before the cutoff date and said my subscription was expiring. I requested a refund twice and was denied both times. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

    Beware!. I wanted to use this app for the trial to see if it would transcribe handwriting to text. I downloaded it and it wouldn't let me access the 3-day trial until I picked a plan and added my card info. It said it was for future use after the trial. The app did transcribe handing writing to text but it was not proficient and many corrections were need and the font was very small. So I cancelled the trial that evening or the next morning. They refused to refund my money. So please beware. This is false advertising and dishonest company policy.

    Terrible. Tried to use the auto function on the camera could not even get it to automatically take the picture it wouldn’t. I went back and used the tiny scanner app. Was hoping this one was better, it’s not!!!!

    PRICY & it still doesn’t work. I’m pretty sure that when I first created this account I had a credit of $20. My phone deleted the app, as I was out of space. These ridiculously priced subscriptions NEED TO STOP

    Bogus weekly subscription. $5 weekly subscription after a 3 day trial. Don’t use. Paid $50 to scan a single pdf because I forgot about the stupid subscription.

    Reduced features. Bombarded with ads, reduced ability to send multiple scanned images unless upgraded to PRO. Very disappointing after many years using this app.
