   Took my money. I downloaded the app and it said to try it out for 3 days for free. I clicked on it and it didn’t give me the 3 days. Instead it charged me $69.99 and I haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve been emailing them for 2 months now and no one responds.

   Awful!! BEWARE, no customer service!!. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for almost a week now. No one has gotten back to me. I would stay away from this app if I were you! There are so many glitches and no customer support.

   Would not refund. I missed cancellation of my free trial by a few hours and got stuck paying for a year subscription, I tried to cancel and get a refund from apple which they rejected, I also reached out to the app developer and received no response. I am now out $70 for an app I do not need. I understand I missed it but they could have offered to just charge me for a month and refunded the difference. I feel as though I have been scammed.

    Fraudulent-Avoid!!. I signed up for a one week trial, with it set to bill monthly from there. I cancelled it two days after the trial ended when I saw they charged me for a full year subscription, which was $70 dollars and I used it once! Tried to cancel with Apple multiple times, said I was happy to pay for the month since I went two days over the free trial, and they refused everytime!! Absolutely horrible.

This is a sham of a business whomever is the keyboard commando at the helm here is dishonest as the day is long. i signed up for 3-day free trial & was instantly charged annual subscription. i cancelled my app immediately followed up with two emails to their “support” which to date haven’t been responded to by them. i then made a claim with Apple after my 3 day trial ended to learn im being charged for a RESUBSCRIPTION WHEN IVE NEVER IN MY LIFE PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THIS APP OR BUSINESS BEFORE. APPLE CAN SEE THAT AND SO CAN I. YOURE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND OWE ME $77.34. i will continue to pursue this as long as im alive.

    Didn’t work. I needed a time sensitive document faxed to me. I subscribed to this app and sent my US based fax number to the finance company. Fax never showed up. Should’ve taken 5 minutes at most. Luckily I was able to find the original document and didn’t need a copy after all.

    Disappointed. This app would not let me cancel for some reason after it didn’t work for me during the trial period and I reached out the support team and let them know the issue and that I didn’t want to renew because of the issues I had with it and they told me they would do it on their end and what do you know they still charged me the $69.99 because they never canceled it. Very disappointing

    Horrible scam. Deceiving service or offer. Do not even think about purchasing. Following their teaser for 3 days free, I signed up. they charged me 1 year subscription without 3 day grace period immediately. I cancelled immediately but no they would not refund my money back. I complained to Apple. Nothing! From now on, I do not trust Apple either. Where is the honesty and ethics? Apple allows the scammers to take advantage of customers. Shame on you.
