   App crashing. The app keeps crashing , im done with this app, its got so many bugs , cant scan anything (iphone 17 pro max) im canceling my subscription bye

   Paid version ripped me off. I found out the hard way that there were other options for subscribing to their service, and not just the $4.99/week version. Sadly, I was supposed to have access to three other apps under this subscription, that I would have used, and maybe it would have been worth it. But the app developers do a terrible job trying to hide the subscription, and unfortunately also hide the benefits. I canceled because I didn’t know.

   Used to be good but they got greedy. Loved this app a few months ago, I watched ads and got what I needed done. Now you’re lucky to even get one scan and then no access unless you buy their subscription. Not wasting my money on this, it isn’t worth the price.

   The worst. This app is a joke. Worst scanner I’ve ever tried to use. Save yourself the frustration and don’t download it.

   Worthless. Well, developers have destroyed yet another app that functioned perfectly. I need this maybe once or twice a year. Worked great for my needs. A little wonky in places, but worked for the few scans a year I needed it for. Now, they’ve gone and made it a subscription only app and the cheapest is $10/month. It’s not worth it for me to pay $120/year for a few scans. This app went from decent to garbage with one update.

   Ridiculous App. Once you open the App, it will automatically scan the first page 10 times, mostly with fuzzy images, and then starts to push promote another paid subscriptions. The only thing you can do now is to quit, or download the other App

   Limited. Allows you minimal controls even when you pay for the extra features. It really screwed up a deadline I had to fax in my scans.

   Charges. I noticed money being taken from my bank account and labeled as ‘apple’ I downloaded this app some time ago, didnt like it, and deleted it. Just noticed that it has been charging my account every week!!!!!!! Do not download it!

   Also scammed. I had the a similar experience that the other person who reviewed this app had. Didn’t realize I was all of a sudden paying $20 a month for this app that I only used once and didn’t intend on using anymore. It took me almost a year before I realized what was happening which makes me sick to think about. Was assuming the $20 charge was for other apps that I actually use but discovered the charge on my bank statements had actually been for this scanner app when I got a new iPhone 11 and was searching through my app purchase history to download apps I use onto my new phone. That’s when I discovered I was getting charged $9.99 twice a month for this for so long without knowing it. Again, sick to know that so much money was wasted because the creators of this app charged me such a high fee regularly for something like this without me knowing.

    $250+ In Charges. I thought I was purchasing a 7 day use for the premium app. But no. They charge you EVERY 7 DAYS. I don’t handle my finances, my accountant does. He didn’t think anything of it, but when I found out I was furious. Over $250 in small, easy to look past Apple charges over 7 months from. The amount of plan options makes it confusing. I thought I was getting one week of the app. I worked with Apple to try to get some sort of refund for all of these charges but it didn’t work out. Now I am out $250 and all I have is a mediocre scan app to show for it.

    Awful. Was this a predownloaded app? I don’t recall downloading it. Why would I want to pay for a subscription when the notes on iPhone can scan documents for free? Lol, uninstalling. In response to the developer: Thanks, but no thanks. ✌🏼

    SCAM. App is a scam. After the 3 day trial period, it automatically renewed the subscription for a YEARLY $100 subscription!!! Yes, I was charged $100 for this app. Which I had already deleted off my phone. Beware!!

    STRESSED. I downloaded this app 2 days ago and found that it wasn’t the app that I needed. Unfortunately, I forgot to delete the app and I just received a notification that 118 dollars will be taken from my account tomorrow. This is very concerning to me considering that I have not even used the app. I already canceled the subscription and deleted the app and filed a complaint on your website, but I really hope that my money will be returned to my account or I may have to file a fraudulent claim with my bank.

    Waste of time. This app is a waste, I used it once and it was unsuccessful. I even purchased the app for $99 a year. I tried to send a fax twice and then it tells me it was successful, meanwhile I waited a whole week and found out it never went through. What good is it. Needs to be fixed and hope people read the reviews before this purchase

    Charged my account multiple times a week. This app has a very deceiving payment layout and I know I selected the 9.99 a month one, but the app has been charging me 9.99 multiple time a week. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone!!!!

    Scammed. Shame on me for not double checking the subscription/price. Shame on the company for making the default subscription $119 annually, as opposed to the $4 weekly subscription I intended to purchase. I went to cancel immediately after, but was unable to. Buyer beware!

    Got charged $119.99 without permission. I downloaded this app yesterday, and signed up for the 3 day free trial and got charged $119.99 for a whole year, even tho I cancelled the subscription right away after signing up for the free trial. I just want a refund. Thank you

    $25 a month!. How does this app get a 4.6 star rating when all I see are single star ratings and “bewares”? Does this developer not know that there are free scanners in the App Store that work flawlessly? Not to mention apples own scanner in the notes app. $25 a month subscription is ridiculous.

    Poor quality. I tried using the auto for capturing the page. It would continuously start to load and then somehow got messed up to where it would start the loading of the page from the beginning. Very frustrating. When I used manual capture, I was able to finally scan the page, but the quality was horrible. The page appeared more sepia in color and any details in photos were blurred or at least less defined. Forced to subscribe even though it’s listed as a free app. Apple should categorize the app as a paid app and the rating stars should be way less.
