    Ripoff. Way too expensive for such a basic tool. On top of it, the settings won’t allow you to cancel.

    Scam. I signed up for the trail in October, canceled the same day… by January I was being charged every week for it. By time I noticed, I contacted apple support and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Not even for recent ones. I have documentation of it and there’s no way to reach this company.

    Works fine, but OVERPRICED. $10 a month for a simple document converter is absolutely ludicrous. I used it once. It’s fine, it did the job. The interface is extremely basic. When I saw that the subscription price was $10 per month after the trial I immediately knew I would use it to convert the one document I needed and then cancel. I’m not sure how this has the high reviews it does with such a high price, especially when things like Microsoft Print to PDF on Windows machines are completely free!

    It’s not working correctly. I’m paying $70 for the year to have a PDF converter to try to make my life a little bit more easier and unfortunately it’s not doing so every time I try to create a PDF it tells me that it’s too big try a drop now what’s the sense of me paying all this money and it doesn’t serve my purpose so unfortunately, after this year is up I will not be renewing my sub

    Auto renew. They tell you to cancel auto renew if you don’t want the product after 3 days, but there is no auto- renew cancel button in the app.

    Worst PDF converter out there. This is one of the worst file converting apps I have ever seen. Why pay for something that is free on the internet. And it's expensive too.
