   Terrible customer support!. This app has no understandable way to cancel your subscription. I contacted customer support to help me cancel it, and they responded saying I should do it myself, they can’t help me. I looked all over the app multiple times and still haven’t been able to find a way to cancel this subscription. I reached out a second time and customer support did not even respond. I’d give this a below zero stars if possible!

    There is nothing “FREE” about this app.. This app doesn’t even have a free trial. It’s advertised as “FREE” but there is absolutely nothing you can do with your documents unless you pay.

    Don’t do it. You have to pay like every where else but don’t worry if you have a smartphone which I’m sure you do you can do it without 3rd party app 1. Go to your notes 2. Make a new one 3. Click on the paper clip 4. Click Scan documents 5. Scan as many documents as needed 6. Click save and you’re done That’s for iPhone not sure how to on other phones but it’s available in most if not all smartphone.

    Don’t Download. Needed a downloader to turn files into PDF. This app seemed like the cheapest they had a pop-up that said that I can pay $.68 for 48 hours. That was Monday 6/1/26. Here we are 6/3/26 and they have took $39.95 out of my account. I can’t contact them as a pop up says I dont have an email listed and it’s no where for you to add it. I’m over it. Let me call my back. This is sickening
