   Why?. I have iCloud and Dropbox. Another not needed and causes more confusion. I want to work without this always popping up.

   Keeps closing app while playing music. This is super frustrating, issue started when the most recent iOS version came out in September with the new phones. Went back and forth with customer service and they just gave up. From what I could tell from the logs is that it is using way too much cpu power and the phone closes the app. Tempted to use another app like VLC and copy my entire library

    Фризы, баги, лаги. 6 лет назад, на шестом айфоне всё прекрасно работало, можно было скачивать несколько файлов и ни о чём не беспокоиться, сейчас же на моём нынешнем xr всё лагает когда я захожу в браузер, не говоря в целом о приложении. Куда делась оптимизация? Вроде за это время координально ничего не поменялось, но лагает будто пабг на ультрах запустил

    Don’t install!!. Takes over pdf functionality on iPhone and IMPOSSIBLE to remove. Forces constant pay /subscribe dialogue. Truly malware!

    Involuntarily starts playing audio files from files. This app is outta control. It hijacks iPhones native apps and start playing audio files etc. Same with Google Drive etc. Not sure why it’s defaulting to this app when I didn’t do anything.

    Delete doesn’t get rid of storage. Clearing Recently Deleted doesn’t get rid of storage. I have useless gigabytes stuck now please fix for next update.

    Getting Worse and Greedy. Used to be quite good, now they’re getting greedy and wouldn’t even let me sign a PDF document without a US$ 15 monthly fee. Don’t be naive guys and don’t pay for it. Now I have switched to the iOS built-in preview app, which works just fine. Bye!

    Subscriptions are stupid. I had this app before subscriptions were a thing. It sucks that you can’t just purchase the app. So because of that I’ve had to find apps similar that I could just purchase and own forever! Though the app itself is good subscriptions make it stupid so I will never use it again because I can’t use it the way I’d like to unless I pay monthly and I’m not doing that.

    SCAM. Scam scam scam! I got a call after logging into my Google Drive acct that someone from china was trying to log in. I declined that it was me, and then i got the most sus call.

    Takes you to the app against your will. It’s absolute garbage whenever you’re looking at a photo on the files app it immediately takes you to the documents app and there is no setting to turn it off, don’t get the app if you don’t want this to happen to you constantly.

    Gives me ads like “stories” on Facebook.. This just gave me an ad like it was a story on FaceBook. Just ask if I want to upgrade, and let me back out.

    Unusual Behavior for a Company. I purchased this app a while ago and it worked fine. Then all of a sudden features I paid for became paywall. I don’t mind subscription services if this was advertised before hand but to put features I paid for behind a paywall? Unreasonable and unethical. I cannot in good faith recommend this company. They can change their business model as their terms dictate but to do so to paying customers is quite jarring. The software works as advertised but the business practices? Questionable.

    Crashes constantly. Documents is my default app/viewer for any documents downloaded from Safari (TXT, DOC, PDF, etc.). Whenever I open a downloaded file in Documents, I’m prompted to save the file to the app. As soon as I start typing to rename the time in the Documents app, the whole thing crashes completely. Without fail, every single time. This has been a problem for at least a few months now and is in urgent need of developers’ attention. This bug is making the app barely usable.

    Not impressed. I can’t get any documents to open. App says I have to open them with another format, none work. It rather defeats the purpose.

    Had already purchased. Reason I now give the 1 star is because I had purchased this app a few years ago. And now they are making me pay again.

    Remember when this app made iPads able to save, well, stuff? Now it's just bloated with annoyances.. I've used this app since the iPad 3 era and every update makes it more and more pointless, I used to consider this a five star app but I'm now looking for something else to use instead to stash downloads...like maybe on my iPad itself. Every single time I open the app I get a popup asking if I want to "save a link," why? Bookmarks exist? Why can't I turn this useless feature off? Other useless features include the web browser that was kinda neat a decade ago but good luck if you try to save any downloads, hasn't worked in years. This app used to be essential in the early days of the iPad, it made it possible to save stuff on the device itself...now, in an attempt to stay relevant I guess, every update seems to add another annoyance...y'all, we don't need this app anymore! iPads can do it on their own now!

    Deceptive updates. Do not update the app. If you do so, you lose free features. Before updating I could insert pages into pdf's, now I have to pay for the subscription to do it after I updated the app. You also cannot copy/paste pages, or even rotate it without paying? How is this type of update allowed?
