   Purchased but features taken away. It worked for a while but now it’s a forced subscription even though I purchased it previously.

   Good features behind paywall. There is a work around for multiple features that they block behind a paywall but they are too dumb to make sure you can’t do any work arounds. Get a different you don’t have to waste your money on to access files easier.

   Annoying. Used the app for years. Had an issue with the email signature changes from gmail not mapping over correctly. I ended up getting stuck with a tech support individual that absolutely could not wrap his brain around the issue. Unfortunately, now I can’t use this app because if I email a document directly from DocScan, it still utilizes an email signature that isn’t in use anymore.

   Data transfer. Every time I go to transfer data from one phone to another, the app crashes. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and still I have the same issue.

   Pops up phony “iPhone memory is full” ad. Pops up ugly ad that claims “iPhone memory is full. Device will not work!” The ad displays a button labeled “Clean,” which appears to initiate the installation of ”Super Cleaner – Cleanup Master” software on my iPhone. Ads like this should not be allowed.

   Not able to email the pdf after scanning. What is the point of scanning docs and then not be able to email them ??

    Can’t email from this app. This works when you are faxing documents, however, every time I scan and email a document it never gets sent.

    Missing files. Several years ago prior to a move overseas I scanned a series for proof of ownership of goods and chattels. I no longer have them, I thought they would remain on my iPad but they have disappeared, without warning.

    Lost everything. I’ve used this app to scan and store documents for the last four years. Today I went to open it up to scan a business document and the app was gone. When I went to the App Store, it appeared as though it had just been temporarily put in the cloud for an activity so I re-downloaded it and there’s absolutely nothing in my app, despite it not having been deleted. All of my files are gone.

    Love it - but not working on iPhone 15 Pro Max. I love this app and use it frequently. However it has stopped working on my iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 17.0.3. When using the camera it takes a picture but then just says “Cannot Complete Action”. I’ve checked all the settings and the app has full access to my photos as well as my camera. Not sure what the problem is. I hope they fix!

    Great app but missing an obvious feature. I love this app, but have one complaint - I’m unable to create a subfolder (i.e. a folder inside of another folder). So, I have to save documents into a flat directory structure. Would be great if I could further organize documents into subfolders

    Simple need more features. Simple easy to use. Love using this app for scanning and emailing doc from phone when on the go. Works fantastic for 1 or 2 page docs I have struggled with multi page docs - 6-14 pages. App can support but I can’t adjust the size of the file, and it often ends up being more than 10mb and can’t get in/out of certain email systems. Would like to be able to lower resolution or something to be able to choose doc size or a small vs medium vs large Mb size.

    Stopped sending one day. Used this app for years. Had no problems. About a month ago. It just stopped sending emails. I was late on getting paid for my work, because I had never had an issue before. Still won’t send pdf through email.

    The ads affect the use of the app. Doc Scan has now added ads at the bottom of the screens and I find the ease of use has diminished because of them.

    Great, but *FAMILY SHARE USERS*. I LOVE this app. Five years ago, I got this app as a caregiver for my grandmother, needing to send medical papers to my mom & uncles. I needed a little more than emails, so I upgraded. Well worth the $4.99...it is THE BEST! I have given this app a couple of 5 star reviews, over the years, and have told everyone about this app! My 9yo uses it constantly (by himsef), to send schoolwork to his OneDrive account. It’s driving me a little batty with my phone disappearing all the time, so I tried to upload on his device. It wouldn’t work; like I never upgraded. My daughter was in desperate need of it fast (they were needing it at the same time), to I went ahead and paid to upgrade hers. I emailed support and they said that Family Share is not supported if you upgrade in the app. Family Share is only usable if you purchase DocScan Pro, which is the same as upgrading within the app. They did say that app store is the issue; that THEY don’t support family share through in the app upgrade purchase, but claime they will support in the future. IF that is true, I understand they don’t have control over it. But they should have it somewhere in the upgrade info, so that people have the option to back out and purchase the Pro version. I now have purchased the app twice and need a third. Safe to say I probably won’t be doing any more recommending and 5 star reviews :(

    It was alright. I was using it a few times and it wouldn’t upload the document that I needed, but otherwise it was actually really nice! It got its job done!
