   Force users to buy Scanner Pro. I purchased the full pack of Scanner Mini in 2022 as this it is a lifetime pack. Today the app notifies that the Mini app will not be available after Jan. 1, 2026, forcing users to move to its subscription-based Scanner Pro with an offer of 6-month free subscription. Guess why I purchased the lifetime mini full pack?? That’s because I didn’t and still don’t want the subscription-based pro. If Readdle really wants to users to the Scanner Pro, users are entitled to either enjoying your 6-month offer or refund of the Scanner Mini full pack in-app purchase. If developers do see the comment, please respond instead of forcing users and rob us the users of our rights.

   Auto capture does not work. This app (and Scanner Pro) only works intermittently. The auto-capture function essentially does not work. When it does detect a book or document it can’t hold on long enough to take a picture/scan. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and rebooted my phone several times. My only option is to look for a scanning app that actually does what its developers claim it will do.

   Scanner. Used to love this scanner. Iv used it for 7 years , but lately has not been working very well at all . Hopefully they can fix the problem .

   carefully fraud Осторожно мошенники!. I bought the app in 2014, the paid version removed the watermark limit, it cost $2 then, the app was recently updated and my purchase was cancelled. support does not answer and do nothing. покупала приложение в 2014 году, платная версия снимала ограничение на водяные знаки, стоило оно тогда 2$, недавно приложение обновилось и моя покупка анулировалась. саппорт ничего не отвечают и не делают.

    Completely Useless. Cannot do anything without buying the upgrade. Cannot even access the photos it’s has taken from outside of the app. This doesn’t do anything I can’t already do with the native Camera App, and with that I can do more including creating an eventual PDF.

    Worthless app. You can scan but can’t share or save to files unless you upgrade and pay for the privilege of saving to your iPhone.

    Slow to capture image sometimes. Sometimes the software has a very difficult time capturing the image and other times it does it without hesitation so I don’t know what the problem is.

    I got totally scammed. I needed an emergency scan and... o no! You have to pay even to save any image in the library and obviously I’m not going to pay to take a picture... 20 min of valuable time I didn’t had to realize I had to pay ... after like 10 pages I modified and tried to make them look neat... had to use the freaking cam! I’m really annoyed

    Have to pay to share your scans!. This is the most ridiculous thing, I have a scan of an old document that I would like to have (ie don't need) but the app doesn't allow me to share it anywhere with out paying for the pro version. Why even bother have this app when it has absolutely no usefulness of utility!! Other free apps allow you to share your scan, as this one users to allow, seriously ridiculous!

    Free version review. I have the free version of scanner mini. It allows me to take a picture of a document... then crop and edit. But no method to save as a photo or PDF. There are lots of options to share .... but all require the Pro version... Because there is no method in the free version to access/use the docs you create ... it is worthless

    Bait and Switch - not free. Makes you upgrade to PRO and pay before you can do anything at all with your scanned documents. Not cool.

    Beware!Can't share it with family members on apple's family share. I upgraded to scanner pro through this app and it turns out that, even though it's features have been unlocked for me to use, I can't share it with a family member. This is the message I got when I contacted the developer "Please note that the upgrade to Scanner Mini allows you to use all the functionality Scanner Pro has except for Family Sharing - this is according to Apple's policy and as much as we'd love to help our hands are tied here." They are blaming this on apple but it's the very first time this happens to me.
