   Error. Hello! I accidentally signed up for a free trial of the Tiny Scanner app. I intended to cancel it, but now I have an unpaid balance of $49.99 and my Apple ID is completely locked. I also have $10 of my own money stuck on this balance. Could you please waive/cancel this unpaid balance and unlock my Apple ID? Thank you!

   Great but…. I’ve used the app for years, and it has been great! However, you now have to pay to email yourself the PDFs. I use it to submit receipts for work, and my work isn’t paying for the app, so, unfortunately, I will be finding another app to use going forward. To the devs, it is not free, if you have to pay.

   Poor customer service. Started with the 3 day free program and was pleased with how it operated. Purchase a premium account for a year and the app does not work. It stated I have used all my free download. The App still has me in the free test program even though I have paid for a 1 year account. I have emailed customer service 3 times today and I have not heard back. Very frustrating that customer service has not reached after 8+ hrs and counting.

   Full scale ads with sound and no exit. I have used this app before just fine but recently I tried to use again and a full screen ad with no exit and sound was played with no warning. Ridiculous.

    I can’t log in. I rely on this app and now I can’t log in. The way to get support is to log in but when I put my password in the numbers don’t register- so I can’t even get support with the app.

    Slow. You can’t point and shoot. Every picture requires time and effort or it crops off 75% in the blue square. Not good for big documents. Trash. Use ai instead.

    Lost and corrupted scans. In 2025, the Tiny Scanner app managed to lose and/or corrupt three files. One of them had taken hours to scan! (I tried to cancel my subscription on the app and was sure I had succeeded, but it looks like the company never got the memo, because I saw today that my Apple account listed the subscription as active. Needlesss to say, I've canceled it again.) If you're a researcher, Tiny Scanner is not worth the monthly fee or the risk of lost or corrupted files. Just use the camera on your phone.

    Unusable without subscription. Had this app for years, bought the paid version on android. Not even usable anymore now that they switched to a subscription model. Use a different app, it’s a shame this one used to be the best.

    No longer free. I used this app as the free version that allowed you to scan a couple of documents and share them. It appears it’s no longer free. You can still do the scanning but no longer share or email the scanned documents , which make the app useless. Thankfully, there’s a free alternative available on you phone right now. It’s Apple Notes, which allows you to scan docs and do many other things. Try it and delete this app. You don’t need it anymore. Why pay $5/week for a simple app when something else can do exactly the same thing for free.

    Sign of The Times. I believe I paid $6.00 for this years ago. Like everyone else, these merchants are trying to push us into rental or lease agreements for these relatively insignificant apps. Anyway, this is the reason why the App Store is a third-world marketplace.

    Bummer. I have been using Tiny scanner for years and I just did an update and it has multiple inappropriate pictures at the bottom of the screen.Why would I use this and how is it rated for 4 years old and up? So lame. Now I must delete it.

    Emailing doc is clunky. Email option is not working. They need to fix this! What’s the purpose of scanning if you can’t send the document.
