   I hate this app. I tried to refund, customer service sucks, I know my review doesn’t matter with the hundreds of thousands, but their refund and service dealing with fake items or bait and switch items, sucks. They don’t respond, and refuse to give me my refund, I can’t find any other way to communicate with them.

   Terrible Customer Service / Random Frozen Account. I’ve been using this app for close to 10 years and never really had a bad experience until this week. My account was randomly frozen and was not given any details as to why it was frozen. I emailed support to see if I can get my account back and instead of the support team trying to help me they just denied my request and said my account is permanently frozen / banned. I’m honestly very sad that this happened and have no idea why and I’m also disappointed in how the customer support handled the situation. Instead of looking into my case they just said “ we have the right to freeze accounts who don’t follow terms and service” but didn’t tell me what I did wrong. Would hope this company would care more about its users but it seems like they could care less.

   Always a hassle to receive my package. I really dont recommend depop or grailed. They have cool stuff and its a great concept (like online thrift), but every single time ive bought from depop or grailed the package can never arrive normally. Theres always some sort of problem where the package is delayed by months, or in my most recent buy (shipped from Europe) my package was literally sent all the way back to Europe because there was an issue even though the package was already very close to my area. Now I need to figure out if I can get a refund on the item and the shipping (Item was $30 with $20 shipping btw) or if I can somehow get the package sent back. Theres just always some problem to be stressing about when ordering from these places and nothing can ever get delivered smoothly.

   Horrible. They just ban you for whatever they want I made a account and got banned in a week for a reason they won’t even explain customer support is horrible, they are power hungry and unreasonable probably will never use this ever again total waste of time and money if I could give this 0 stars I would.

   Awful waste of time. DO NOT SELL SNEAKERS ON GRAILED They look to only waste your time with their awful verification process and just ask for countless pictures before taking listings down. No matter how authentic an item is, they still hate to see you post anything and will take whatever you spend your time posting down. Worst selling app of all time the worst experience I’ve ever had on an app do no waste your time with this pos. They need to do much much better at authenticating items, half the time they don’t have an expert verifying it, just an 8yr old Chinese kid who gets paid $0.25 an hour to look at pics of sneakers all day. THEY DONT CARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. NEVER SELL ON THIS APP EVER -10000/10. I hope this thing gets taken down asap like it should for the amount of scams on this stupid app

    Apps a joke. Majority of the people arnt active so you’ll buy something then it will refund you. Won’t let me sign into my accounts for no reason. Just reset my passwords and still won’t. Could never figure out how to post items, I’m a pretty smart individual if I say so myself/computer smart but could never figure it out through the clunky PayPal weird approval system

    They won’t release my payment. I sold a few lower priced items and received payment 3 days after the buyer received them which is the stated agreement. Then shipped out a $750 item which the buyer confirmed they received over a week ago and Grailed will not give me the funds. The buyer even left a positive review on my profile regarding the item, thus proving it was received. I contacted the company twice and have received no help.

    stay away.. I sold a pair of $200 shoes as my first ever sale on grailed, when they get delivered to the buyer, the buyer claimed i sent them something completely different than the shoes which was a complete lie and a very common scam buyers use to keep the item and also get a refund. grailed being the scummy company they are, refunded the money out of my account over a month later after this accusation and when I followed up they had no communication with me and gave me no updates on the situation until i followed up with them over a month later and low and behold, as soon as i followed up they told me they already sided with the buyer and the investigation had been over. So to some this up, horrible, slow communication from grailed, absolutely NO seller protections as they claim they have, and buyers can take full advantage of basically any seller they want to. if this has happened to you and grailed already sent the money to your bank account before they took it back, dispute, dispute, dispute!

    Scammers beware. Yeah so I had a issue with me never getting my package delivered because it was sent to the wrong address and I couldn’t get my money back or anything. Any scammer could just send trash in package to the wrong address or to someone he knows and you wouldn’t be able to get your money back. This company is a absolute joke and on top of that I wrote a review before this and was told by someone to go to this email address and we’ll make this right. That’s all for show after having emailed them 2 different times by now and being ignored.

    Horrible Company. Do not sell with this app/website. They use AI and will freeze or ban your account for absolutely nothing. I can’t imagine using payment through them. You can literally go to a store, buy an item that’s designer- even if you have your items professionally authenticated- they will claim they’re fake. Trash business. Use Depop, Poshmark, eBay or anything else instead. Don’t waist your time with this one.

    Everything I list gets scam buyers. I sell on many other resell platforms and this app is the worst. Any time I’ve listed on Grailed. Cheap items all the way up to expensive items and EVERY SINGLE time I get a person trying to scam me. Sending their phone number or just straight up buying and then sending a link afterwards. I didn’t fall for the scams but WTH?!

    You better hope nothing goes wrong. Grailed is fun until you need customer service. I had to jump through hoops just put in a complaint about an item that was stolen in transit (Grailed is 100% responsible for the delivery).

    Once good app. This app is basically unusable as a seller now. It’s almost impossible to list things with the AI authentication. I literally cannot upload items because the AI wants me to add photos of things not present on the item. Also they will hold your funds for almost a month. This app used to be awesome with being able to upload items instantly and getting money fast.

    Banned on my first posting. I resell clothing online and was really excited to get on Grailed… set up my account and added my first listing and immediately my account was frozen…. If I violated any terms I have no idea what they were…. I literally never even got to see my first post online
