   Canceling orders. Each time i order from them, they cancel my order. The payments go through and even so they cancel it. Customer service takes so long to answer.

   Not the same. You all use to have free shipping to the customers. Other clothing stores have it, what not you. The styles not like it used to be. What happened to the tunic without the splits. You all use to have those good quality joggers and tops BUT NOT ANYMORE. The customer service in the is not good. It’s not friendly. I wanted a refund but sh told no they don’t take mark down that was ordered on line.

    Rainbow App. Very difficult doesn’t work like it use to have 2 accounts and it cant find either of them been on this app for years now all of a sudden doesn’t seem to act the way it’s supposed to since the update reset password still can’t find my account but I’m constantly getting emails sheesh also when reset password can’t find the email link WOW

    the new user interface is awful. I don’t know why they updated the app to look more like a browser than an actual app, but it’s terrible. The search is bad, the wishlist is bad, the whole app is glitchy. It’s not user friendly, and I truly don’t understand why they would decide to downgrade the app like this. You’re better off just going on the website or the actual physical store. Do NOT download this app.

    I would never order from this site again. I know rainbow must be trying to do their due diligence in trying to fight credit card fraud… But I placed and order with this app and gave detailed information on the person who’s card I was using PHONE NUMBER INCLUDED. Now tell me why the person checking didn’t call the number given before canceling my order??? Stupidness…. I’ll be deleting this app and never buying from y’all again.

    Can’t Access Account. I had an account and it will not let me log in. When I try to reset my password, it doesn’t work. This update is great as far as layout but also trash with all the bugs.

    HATE THE UPDATE. The apps new update is so bad! There are literally no toddler clothes available! And I had so much stuff in my cart before the update now it’s all gone. I can’t put it back because the entire toddler section isn’t working it keeps saying no products available but I know it is because there is plenty on the website. Please fix this.

    Most recent update. This app with each update gets worse and worse. They brought back the accounts but left out the ability to filter items or see items in different colors. The website is better than the app for now.

    Deleted my account!!!. I did the update and then it somehow deleted my account. I haven’t been able to reset my password on my account because it keeps saying no account exists. Help?!

    jus badd. first time ordering took wayy to long to come and i dont know if its fedex thats taking too long or rainbow but customer service was nice i just dont like the long wait takes almsot 20 days to come 🙄 and when you download shop to track it its all wrong delayed wayy to long but besides that i love the cheapness im still waiting on my clothes to come though so when they come i will do another review
