   I don't recommend it. The materials and goods have changed and the prices have risen a lot. The delivery has increased a lot and is exaggerated, as well as when returning, it is deducted from the value of the amount. What is this silly game? I will cancel my account forever.. I'm not satisfied with that.. You lost your customers forever

   توبه منه. صراحه سيء يعني يحددون لك وقت توصيل يجي بعده بثلاث اربع ايام والارجاع عندهم معقد ما تجي بوليصه الارجاع على طول والميلغ ما يرجع على طول كل شيء يطولون فيه

   التوصيل متاخر. التوصيل صاير جدا يتاخر عندكم وكمان فيه لعب بالاسعار ترفعون سعر القطعه اكثر من سعرها الحقيقي ثم تسوون تخفيضات وتحطونها بالسعر الاصلي وهذا غش

    جده. التطبيق بدائي جدا طلبت منهم طلبيه وارسلوها لعنوان غلط ومن حظي انه الشخص اتصل فيني وارسلي الطلبيه وحتى لمن رسلت لهم أيميل بالمشكله ما حلوها لان تطبيقهم ما يقبل تغيير كلمة السر لذلك سأقوم بإلغاء حسابي في التطبيق .

    It is not acceptable to not write the composition under each item.. Not all people are fool to buy clothes without caring what is the composition of the material. The sites or apps that doesn’t write this important detail, doesn’t respect the customer.

    الخصومات الوهمية/ ووقت توصيل وهمي او غير واضح وصريح. الوقت جان ٦ ايام للتوصيل تاخر ١٢ يوم تقريبا الخصومات كانت غير منتهية الصلاحية، ولاكن لاتعمل وهذا يدل على عدم مصداقية وشفافية الشركة وشكرا

    Worst customer service ever and size chart isn’t right at all. I’ve order a set from VogaCloset and when it came in the mail the size wasn’t accurate as the size chart the put under the item info, so I was okay am going to return and the set that I got wasn’t cheap!!! I contacted them in WhatsApp and it took them days to respond and the respond was “we’re going to contact aramix or the representative” so I was okay am going to wait a couple days…. But no respond what do ever not from the representative nor the company so I contacted them in instagram and they said to me the same thing “we’re going to contact aramix” and asked for my address.. i waited two days and no answer and now it’s been three weeks and am still waiting for them to pick my return order, literally a waste of money❌❌❌❌❌❌

    جدة. هناك اهمال وتأخير في تجهيز الطلب استغرق طلبي اكثر من المده المحدده .. مافيه مصداقيه واهمال وعدم الرد والتجاوب مع العميل 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    اسوء تجربة. لايوجد اي تواصل مابين موظفين خدمة العملاء، كل موظف راح تكلمونه يستلم موضوعكم من اول وجديد وصلتني طلبية كلها اغلاط ١. قطعة مرسلة بلون غلط ٢. قطعه مغسولة او غرقانه ماي وريحتها كريهه و مرسوم عليها ، خبرتهم و طلبوا ارجعها وعند ارجاعها قالولي انتي لابستها :) عملية الاسترجاع اخذت مني شهر اخذ وعطا وياهم

    Never again. I placed my first order using fast pay with Apple pay, after that I received and email to continue creating an account only to find after creating an account that I cannot track my order since I made it using Apple pay. The only way to track my order is to email them and wait at least one day for an update on my order. The order was delivered one week after the estimated delivery time even though your paying premium for the delivery. I am never going use this store ever again. I will download again to delete my account.

    Worst online items I’ve ever bought. First of all, their delivery takes time. Expect at least 8 days in SA. The clothes are not as pictured. Honestly, SHEIN has better quality of clothing for the same prices point. I now understand why fast fashion aren’t really worth it and are detrimental to the our environment and our pockets. If I’m looking for something cheap I would rather go to shein. Not worth it. One of my clothing item had black stain on it and the material just looks cheap like what you will get from stores like Top Ten in SA. After leaving this review , I’m deleting the App.
