   This app is so annoying. Any time I navigate to Newegg in my browser it redirects to the app, and I can’t disable it. I might have liked to use the app but force feeding it makes me loath and despise it. [Deleted!]

You have destroyed Newegg and joined Best Buy in terms of performance! Fix it or lose all of us business shoppers who spend (USED TO) thousands of dollars on your app. Till you do that, we will all have to switch to Amazon!

   Scam. Ship and sold by Newegg and sent me a dead monitor, still having massive quality control issues still ever since 2022 they have been garbage. Should have know to never trust Californians.

    Never buying from here again. I bought a monitor supposed to have came in 3 days I waited those 3 days, my account on the app said I could not log into so I had to "appeal" and had to wait 1-2 days but the same day my ordered got cancelled the same day it was supposed to be delivered. So I waited 3 days for no reason and the delivery was cancelled and I didn't get a gmail or anything saying it was.

    App problems. Why when I put new address it won’t read that on Apple Pay it’s confusing when you see delivery to the right zip then Apple Pay’s shows different delivery address?

    No categories. I click on a product and then I wanna go to that category that it’s under and on the webpage I can but on this app, I can’t therefore is completely busted and would never want to use it uninstalling so I can visit the webpage

    App is a scam. I ordered a graphics card and it got shipped to a completely different city then I got a replacement order which then was sitting in preparing for 3 weeks so I had to cancel my order and only good thing was there customer service on getting my refund smh

    Who designed this?. I’ve never seen an app that makes you watch one of those interstitial ads with the countdown timer just to use the app. You literally have to sit thru a Newegg ad EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU WANT TO OPEN THE APP. It’s like you being able to buy their overpriced product is a privilege you must pay for by watching the ad. Hands down the single stupidest idea I’ve seen in a shopping app, I uninstalled immediately.

    Horrible!. Some things good when it comes to building your own PC but everything else like gaming desks and other add ons all come from china. If you want to buy for Christmas you better order in July because it will take forever or not even get to you and you will have to get an act of congress to get your money back!

    Don’t use it. Newegg blocked my account with a reason and cancel my order without a notification. Their representative just told me no time for telling me the reason for blocking my account. It is very irresponsible company and 100% disappointed. Don’t use it.

    Black November Sales and Doorbusters are a scam. Newegg has gravely disappointed this November. Prices are jacked up and then “discounted” to barely below their original price. The doorbuster sales are an absolute joke, they stock (if any are even available) a minuscule amount (10-25 of any item) and sell out within seconds. I managed to actually get into checkout with a doorbuster but after finalizing my payment info, Newegg alerted me that the promo code was no longer available and I would be paying the original price. Newegg not even holding a product in a buyers name for the one second it takes to click the button to automatically fill out payment info is a new low. Be more transparent about quantity or at least hold it in someone’s cart for 10 seconds.

    Poor UX. Full screen ads on launch, with a time delay, and a clunky setup make it almost indistinguishable from Temu or Wish. I've used Newegg for 20+ years, but genuinely don't know if I'd want them having my information anymore

    They lie about their sales. Conveniently less than 30 seconds after a sale is supposed to start on an item that item suddenly becomes “sold out”. Literally every single times it’s at least a decent deal on a good item this happens. The less popular items or sales that aren’t as good will be fine. I’m Tired of Newegg lying about their sales and pretending like there’s going to be a good deal when it just magically becomes “sold out” instead.
