   Stop selling coupons for scam businesses. 0 stars actually! For selling coupons for Modrn Sanctuari massage- They literally scam you on websites like Groupon, charge you extra for rescheduling and don’t even refund for not providing the service! Posted wrong phone numbers on google and groupon! I genuinely like the service when I first had it but my experience without them is horrible…. Scammers for real!!!

   Don’t recommend. Groupon is terrible. Anything you buy on there, the merchants don’t want to honor it. They will say they’re all booked up if you mention you’re using a Groupon, or will try to upsell you, or add additional fees. And then Groupon will not give you a refund. They will only give you “Groupon Bucks.”

   Very glitchy. Used to be a great app. Purchased a few items on there in the past with fair to great results, but now it just shows the items available and won’t even load it into your cart. It used to do that occasionally in the past, but the last “update” in early June 2026 seems to have broken the app completely. Very sad.

   Horrible search engine!. I put in Oceanside, California and all of a sudden I’m getting Chula Vista and Newport beach, which has nothing to do with Oceanside and the distance is ridiculous. So why in the hell would you put those when I put Oceanside??? What a scam.

   Don’t use this app!!. I purchased a Groupon to a merchant who required an appointment for their service. I made the appointment. I received an email telling me that they cancelled the appointment. Fine no problem. I requested a refund from Groupon. They refuse to refund my money back onto my debit card! I spoke with customer service who assured me a resolution would be reached within 48h. 7days later still no response. I again reached out only to be offered only Groupon bucks which I explicitly asked not to receive. Despite my request they still issued their bucks! That’s a trap they force you to have to use their app in order to not lose your money. There’s literally NOTHING on the app I want. I just want my hard earned money back to use as I want. Be very weary of using this app they will steal your money and keep you trapped!

   Rip off. Groupon charged me twice for one coupon and then refused to refund the price back to my bank account. They only offer more Groupon credits. Please be careful that they don’t double charge you because you cannot get your money back.

    Feeling scammed. The listing did not have non-refundable rule policy explicitly visible upon purchase. I did try to locate it upon the purchase, apparently it was somewhere in the fine print. The expiration date of the groupons I purchased is within less than two weeks. I contacted them asking to cancel or award Groupon credit and got a blanket refusal. Disappointed old user.

    Scammers. I purchased two 40 unit Botox deals with two different med spas and only 1 of the 2 purchases is showing up on my account and the other one isn’t…. However they are both showing up on my PayPal credit card. They don’t have human phone call customer service, only email. The email is slow, only 1 or two responses per week. They keep deeply misunderstanding me, sending me all kinds of bull that doesn’t even make sense to my case. I can’t get a hold of anyone. I lost 300$. Thieves. Scammers.

    Be careful they’ll rob you. More than once, they have taken the money from my account and then said the payment failed and never refunded me. There is no option for help if this happens, they just have your money now. And also!! They do have scam merchants on here. I purchased a wax and the seller did not respond to anyone according to google reviews, just collects money for appointments and never scheduled you. Groupon, you guys suck. You should not be in business.

    Scam. I used groupon specifically to purchase a sams club membership. I purchased the membership and i hit redeem but the link takes me to the sams website where it says i have to pay full price. The only support i can get to is through an automated chat bot which is not helping at all

    Customer service is not helpful. Customer service is just filling the air in their emails and doesn’t solve any real problem. They provide a 20% promo code for an excuse while app already has min 30% deal for most of the vendors and doesn’t allow to add the second promo. Basically, they are scamming their clients

    Zero customer support. Go to customer support, select the order you need support for, and it shows: “Use our chat…” BUT THERE IS NO CHAT. There’s also no email address or phone number to call. There is *zero* support or contact info. Do not use this app.

    Shame Company. They let scammers sell fake software, and they do not do anything even when they are reported. There are so many of them. They steal money from people but groupon does not care. I reported I bought a fake software but nothing happened. They do not care only they receive their cut.

    Not the Groupon that you grew up with. This is not the Groupon that we all grew up with. They are now intent on making their customers lives hell with the worst customer service in the industry. The deals are also very subpar, unlike when they first hit the market. Any purchases should be considered a major risk. Cancel your account if you have one. Any very minimal savings will be offset with losses due to predatory policies.

    Never received anything after I paid. I bought a 4 pack of tickets to a water park never received a confirmation, or the tickets but they took the money. Should have just bout them from the actual waterpark and spent a little bit more money.

    Group app has a lot of glitches. The app used to be good but now it has so many problems. I had ordered movie tickets and it took me to delete the app three times for it to get paid another time. I try to buy a Microsoft 2024 program and it paid it twice without me, knowing. Also, the Support service does not show the chat icon at all. It’s a very complicated app. It’s not easy to use. I would recommend Groupon have customer service by talking, not chatting because you can’t even find the chat part in the app. Also, it needs to fix the debt payment. Please Groupon update the glitches on the app.
