    How do I sign in?!. Apparently typing in your email and password to login to this app is completely out of the question. I keep getting stuck in loops when it asks me to sign in with a passkey. I just want to type my email and password in and get in the app! What the hell are you doing Sony?

    We Want Destiny. Sony & PlayStation abruptly killed Destiny 2 and have not greenlit Destiny 3. Until this is rectified, I’m not giving the company another cent. Not on games. Not on hardware.

    Sign Up Loading Screen. Every time i try to go back onto the app it signs me out of my account, that’s not an issue, i can obviously just sign back in but every time i click the sign in button, it’s just a white blank screen and it doesn’t reload itself, fix that

    Horrible customer service. They charged me for a premium account and then said that there was nothing they could do. And if I dispute the charge at my bank they will ban my account. Sad. I won’t buy another ps5

    Had to cancel. PlayStation is not longer on my radar. DRM changes, age verification, cannot even enjoy my PS5 because it was not WiFi 7 compatible. I have no wish to spend my life savings on a PS pro, not do I want to buy a PS6. Constant internet issues with portal that I never had with Rog Ally.

    Not fun. Buying a PlayStation is like entering into a toxic relationship with a very expensive, glowing router. The hardware is shiny, but the moment you need actual help, you discover their customer service model is based entirely on the five stages of grief. Trying to resolve an issue feels like trying to negotiate a hostage release with a chatbot that only communicates in riddles and Terms of Service links.

    Buggy nasty mess. Can’t even log in to my ps account, they made it impossible to do so, and when I do they just log me right back out, genuinely not worth having the waste of an app on your phone, they won’t fix it or even acknowledge it. Makes me want to switch over fully to Xbox.

    Im a very upset because I CANNOT FIND THE FULL GAME CATALOG, it only shows whats trending. PsaPP is bad, its full of redundant section like monthly game and classic catalog while some very important one like the GAME CATALOG is apparently missing. I just bought ps plus extra and i wanted to search through the FULL CATALOG to find and choose some games to play, i just cant find it as i previously said it only shows like 17 or 18 games trending in the Catalog. Now can someone please explain to me what do i do to see the full 400+ games available in the ps EXtra catalog?
