   Poor products and refused to refund. I bought a laptop case from Wish. The plastic smell is so horrible that even after airing it for a week, the smell is still there. I told customer service about it and requested to refund and I will return the product. They refused saying the product already “fulfilled the requirements”. I insisted and they sound said they will partially refund it as courtesy. What a joke! I will not buy anything from wish again and will delete this app from my phone.

   Issues has Risen. This app was fantastic, now I can’t get in it. It says I’m signed out, I never sign out. When I try to sign back in, an error message comes up.. PLEASE FIX The one star will be back to five once you update/fix app.

    Can’t login now. It takes me to Facebook app and it asked me to login using Facebook but then it asks for a confirmation code in Facebook and if I go away to see the confirmation code, it errors out and won’t let me login.

    Con Men…. Can’t reach support. Doesn’t provide address for pickup location just name…just pathetic. Don’t waste your time being scammed by these con artists. Apple should be embarrassed to have them in App Store.

    My “free” item refunded without my permission. I ordered a free item a couple of days ago and it was supposed to arrive tomorrow but when I checked the order screen it says it was refunded. It then told me to wait 10 extra days to get my refund.

    Not worth. Out of all the shopping aps I’ve tried this one has been the worse in terms of customer service and getting your stuff! I ordered several items from here and yes most of them arrived, late but they arrived! However one of them never showed up. I opened a ticket and tried to get a live agent to help me as the automated agent is no help at all and I was unable to get any assistance! Even the vendor was showing as no longer available and I still was not able to reach anyone to help me! I had to contact my paypal to get my refund! All other apps including temu have been diligently taken are of me when I need it but this app provides no help! Don’t go through the hassle and pick another app. You can find the same things anyway so go to one with good customer service so you don’t have to battle should you need help with an order. I’m not ordering from here again

    Industry Stalkers app. These people work with the government and steal everything you buy back at least that’s what happened to me but my aunts drug store stays open and she doesn’t even take care of her kids.

    They will never refund your money. I received a different and much less expensive item than the one I ordered. Wish continuously refuses to refund me my full amount. At first they wanted to give me 15% refund and then they wanted to give me 25% refund and then they wanted to give me 50% but they continuously refused to refund me my full amount. I have had extensive back-and-forth emails with their customer service. They finally said that they would refund my purchase if I sent back the wrong item that I received however, when I clicked the link they sent their website said that the item was ineligible for return. And it shouldn’t be my job to send back items I didn’t order anyway. I am now forced to file a dispute with my bank so I can recover my money that way. If you received a damaged or broken item or the wrong item, you can count on the fact that wish will never refund your money

    100% SCAM. Ordered 50$ worth of baby clothes. EVERYTHING that was under 5$ got refunded BUT here’s the kicker, we used afterpay. So because it was a one time card for the purchase, wish cannot find a way to process us the refund of basically 38$ of items I’m missing. Stuck having to pay the remaining balance to afterpay, even though we won’t ever receive these items.

    LED travel pack Crochet needles. I ordered a set of LED crochet needles that comes in a case so that I can take with me wherever I go but I never received it though it’s fully paid for via VISA debit card. Totally unsatisfactory ripped off to this day I can’t stop thinking about what I ordered from your company. So I had to delete your app.

    Out over $100. This is a continuations situation and I’m adding to it. The bottom is my original statement and it hasn’t changed. The developer of the app actually responded to me, but absolute Bupkis! Even after the developer told me to reach back out to Wish support team. What a joke. They completely ignored me. All this did is cement my opinion and rating. Till they fix this problem. I will never shop here or change my review again. Stay away from the Wish app! Even if they haven’t screwed you over yet. They will, just a matter of time. Alright, so I’ve been shopping with Wish for a few years now. It was ok at first. Got messed up packages, quite a few things were late, but not a terrible experience till my last purchase. It was never delivered even though they said it was. I know for certain it wasn’t stolen, because I was home the whole time. I’m friends with every neighbor and we watch out for each other. I tried several attempts to reach out to Wish and got only one response. They asked me to send pictures and I said I can’t send pictures of something that wasn’t there. They never fixed the problem. Very disappointing to say the least. Don’t believe them when they say they have your back on buyer protection. If you can’t provide proof. They’ll do nothing for you.
