   Doesn’t work. When I log into my student portal it forever loads on “taking your back to Unidays” and never takes me back. Therefore doesn’t allow me to use the app because it won’t let me verify i’m a student. Waste of time!

   Pathetic app. Asks to review student id every dew days, and each time when I click the link, never re-directs to the right site just stuck on the app.even after multiple verification, for which Inhave email proof it is not able to redirect from the deal page to th merchant page, bought the stuff directly from merchants site, useless app.

   Unprofessional. When I put in my school i got accepted, but when i tried to buy something it didn’t work, I reentered my school like 3 times and different people reviewed it and went back and forth saying it wasn’t accepted, mind you it’s literally a university. They also say they accept billing statements and didn’t accept mine.

   HBO max. Almost 9 months been trying to have my hbo max account linked to my unusual account so that i can get the discount and even emailed several times and no one seems to want to help and or know how to link the accounts.

   Verification Process Stuck. Been a college student since last year, tried signing up for this online. They didn’t accept one of my documents, fine. I’ve been trying to find a way to resubmit with the right documentation (as the email says I can) but the app and website don’t allow for it. Really frustrating UI and design to maneuver. Would’ve appreciated it being clear from the get go that only an admissions or enrollment letter is accepted as supporting rather than registration for the year.

   Bug with verification. After signing in my school account, it takes me back the unidays and said verification failed

   Can’t get it to verify me. I’ve tried over and over to get my student status verified and it just buffers over and over again. And when I tried to just delete my account and start over it wouldn’t even let me do that. It just kept asking me to change my password or would take me to a completely different page. Never even got the chance to use any student discounts before I gave up n this app. So incredibly frustrating.

   Apple student perk. Big miss here, trying to buy a graduate an IPad and forced to this app. App doesn’t let a parent sign up and buy a gift for a student- fails authentication with the name Mia-match and I was stuck. Unfortunately for UNiDAYS and Apple, I just bought the iPad without a discount at a Verizon store. Wasn’t worth the hassle. Thumbs down

   Horrible verification and customer service. Uploaded my school ID card and it keeps saying that it’s missing the key details which are the school name, my name, and the enrollment. Well my school doesn’t have a date or any expiration. So i contacted customer service and they say the same thing that I need to have those three. I saw that it also says the enrollment letter or admission is another option, and so i asked them where I can submit that. No answer back and didn’t say anything after. It’s almost like they don’t want you to have the discounts lol. My ID card worked in the past but now it doesn’t. Also it makes no sense how we can’t just use our school email as a verification since if you stopped going to school or graduated you won’t be able to have access anymore !!! so why does the photo identification have to be this strict ?unless this is a bug issue.

    They sell your data. They sell your data even if you select your data to be private. Are people so desperate to save a couple dollars they would let this company have all of your data to sell to whoever they want?

    log in issues. I've made an account and verified everything but it still says I'm logged out or I need to create an account to sue discounts. Even on different browsers or on the web I have the same issue. It's a shame

    Impossible to verify. When finding my school to verify my enrollment, it only has one option for verification which is to upload a student id card. Issue is my school doesn’t give out physical ID cards since covid. So, I emailed support and got which seemed like an automated response telling me to upload some documents with my school name, my email, student id, and proof of current enrollment. I uploaded 3 separate documents including my transcript which includes everything they asks for. Still, 3 times in a row, the exact same message sent to me telling me they are unable to verify and to upload documents. Eventually they just stopped responding to me. It seriously is near impossible to get verified I don’t know what else I can possibly send to them to prove I’m a student….

    They won’t accept me in even with proof. I’ve been trying to get in; I have emailed them which they only would to reply almost to one email a day which got annoying cause I work and now school starts. They wouldn’t allow my email which btw end in .edu which is an obvious sign! They made me share my email and school name again just to tell me it wasn’t good enough then I sent them my transcript with my past and now classes that has all their requirements which are my full name, school name, school address, and current academic year just for them to again tell me it isn’t good enough. If your trying to help broke college students actually make it easy to help rather then wasting our time thinking we ain’t good enough to be allowed in.

    Verification doesn’t work. Whenever i sign up with my email and give the code given to me in, it says im signed in but i cannot see my account at all. This service is terrible and only works for some.

    Would be nice if it worked. I’ve been using this app for maybe a month and anytime i go and check for a code it says that the app is having technical difficulties and it’s unable to give me a code. Not just for one thing but for any and everything

    unable to get verified l. i emailed the support team and they told me they could accept my acceptance email as long as it had the year and my name i did so, only for them to say they couldn’t accept it. the school i go to doesn’t have a .edu email nor student id cards. pretty inaccessible unless you have .edu

    Max discount. I’m a student at CCC In Nebraska, my email was verified and everything but when I went to get discounts code and it never gave me one and said “invalid code”. I’m starting to think this is all a big scam. I strongly advise against it.

    Most codes aren’t working. Most codes have not worked for me and support is lacking. Why go through a third-party app when you can go through the merchants website for educational discounts.
