   Scan&Go. Since the recent updates it can not read the barcodes, I could only scan 2 items, one of them was wrong, it also added an item by itself which I couldn’t delete

   Worst Grocery Delivery in GCC. Qatar’s Carrefour claims for a 24/7 express delivery, but you will never get a customer support anytime after work hours. When you order at night, expect that you will never get anyone to follow up your order. And even when you complain via email, no one ever tries to get back to you and check what went wrong. Worst customer service ever!!!!

   Unhygienic Delivery and Extremely Disappointing Service. I had a very bad delivery experience with Carrefour. My order arrived without any bags, and I was never informed that bags needed to be purchased in advance. The delivery person placed all the food directly on the floor, exposing it to contamination, which is completely unacceptable when it comes to food safety. To make matters worse, one of the yogurt containers was already opened. This shows a serious lack of hygiene standards and quality control. Because of this experience, I will not purchase again, I will delete my account, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

   S. The customer service is horrible. They advertise 24/7 delivery but there is no customer service! I ordered at 11pm and they removed one item without informing me, no one called me, I tried to call but the line is “closed” until morning (as if the app is not 24/7), there was no option to cancel in the app, no option to choose a replacement, they just expect to deliver the order (which was very late) and just accept it. I didn’t accept it and the driver was also very rude and unhelpful. Big waste of time and I will be waiting for my refund. Don’t order from them.

   Horrible quality. Its been 2-3 months that their quality became horrible, fruits are usually sent spoiled or very close to get expired, meats are horrible and fishes are always smell expired , if you wanna waste your money i recommend you use it !

    Useless in Iraq. Totally useless app in Iraq, you can only use it to collect points and that takes forever!! I have used this app in UAE and there are a ton of great features including online shopping, so either fix it or remove it from Iraqi site

    WORST AND POOR ONLINE STORE. All the items I received are all wrong! The receipt attached to the bag is under my name and the items listed are the correct items I ordered but inside the bag, all the items are NOT the same as what I have ordered. I did complain few months ago about their service but I did not receive any update. I thought they will improve. Instead, their service became REALLY POOR! I HOPE THIS TIME MY COMPLAINT WILL BE HEARD AND ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN, otherwise it only means one thing. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY and NOT about their CUSTOMERS. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF TRAINING YOU ARE DOING WITH YOUR STAFFS! THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
