   Worst service please do not order anything I lost my money I prefer Amazon is best platform. I am very disappointed with Flipkart service. I received a defective laptop and raised a complaint immediately, but there is no proper response from customer support. The technician visit has been repeatedly scheduled and then canceled without any resolution. I have been following up multiple times, but my issue is still not solved. Customer support is not responding properly and keeps delaying the process instead of providing a clear solution like replacement or refund. This has caused a lot of frustration and loss of trust in Flipkart. I request immediate action to resolve my issue instead of further delays.

This time Flipkart doing fraud… when you make a order on Flipkart and it’s delivered and if you trying to return any item they accept but they are not sending any person to pickup the order and it will be automatically cancelled that’s why I lost my 5000 rupees .who will responsible for it

   Wrong pricing. I have been searching a product , and the pricing changes as soon as you go to the cart or buy now .This is such a disgusting way to attract customers. This app is utterly useless and fraud . I recommend everybody to not-use such a app when there are so many better alternatives available.Indeed Flipkart has lost it’s valuable customers and continues to do so with its many ‘schemes’

   Horrible customer service. In general there is excessive calling in Flipkart .. so much waste of time from pickup to delivery to every issue raised. But it’s horrible in return; seller can reject return and it goes on forever. Can’t return item even if in the return window without approval. This is misleading and so stopped using it

    Poor return policy and experience. I have to agree that the products are cheaper (compared to other eCom sites). BUT, if you ever happen to initiate a return, probably because you do not need the product or not like the product as much or bought it just to compare it with another one (meaning buy two, so that to keep one and return the other), you are in for a really really really long and painful experience. Here, the seller is the king. Not the customer.

    Terrible user experience for adding new address. Attempted 4 times to edit the name of person in saved address could not do, it offered only to change the address not name. Tried adding new address, entered partial address of my building it suggested full correct address but when tried selecting, something else gets selected. Trying it order 4 items but giving up now, sad to see basic order process is broken.

    Flipkart Is Not Honest. Experienced cancellation of refunds multiple times because FlipKart could not arrange return pickups without informing the customer of their decision essentially leaving customers to pay for the company’s mistakes… in what world does that happen? Not in Amazon … no wonder they will keep trailing

    Item delayed for several days, no way to reach out. Item is delayed several days with absolutely no way to reach out. Seems to just be shuttling between the same two delivery hubs. Poor business practices — they say click on “Need Help”, but there is no such option on website or app.

    regarding my order and refund. I am very disappointed by the flipkart service . I ordered decor item set of 4 packs which include 12 pieces per pack and they just gave me a single green stem for which I paid 1370 and they are not picking up order .     TERRIBLE APP. Poor customer service, terrible product quality, and even more awful delivery. The delivery pupils are ALWAYS disrespectful and whenever I try to file a complaint the representatives response is “I can’t guarantee anything” and I keep on getting the same arrive over and over again. If you actually want a good service with good product please go elsewhere because I will fs not be using this any longer.
