   Editing personal information. I would give it 5 stars but your only able to edit your name, email, and password but nothing else! I put my correct birthdate but it saved the wrong year and now I can change it what so ever in neither app or online!! So if they fix that the I’ll go back to 5 stars!

   Sent Wrong Item. Nordstrom Rack sent me the wrong item in a size that doesn’t fit and style I won’t wear and will not fix it. Instead, I must drive to the nearest Nordstrom Rack to return the wrong item and re-order the correct item except I can’t because the item I ordered is now sold out. Took three days to get connected to customer service via phone because it kept hanging up on me and then was only connected to an AI bot - that did the job but was annoying

   Clunky App! Other shopping apps much easier!. I’m suppressing a scream after navigating this app for the past 70 minutes just trying to make purchases. The shopping portion is okay but when you go to check out, the nightmare begins. Glitches with trying to change the address was annoying but when it really went awry was when I needed to change the shipping method. When I realized items wouldn’t arrive on time, I attempted to switch the shipping method. Should be straight forward, right? No… it took lots of toggling around to figure it out. Finally, after doing something that didn’t seem logical, it opened the screen to change shipping method. I couldn’t change the method on all the items so I had to go back and enter it multiple times. When toggling back, it seemed to make changes to things I’d already done. Thought I finally had it then I realized it had switched the shipping address. On the final page, it still said part of my order was standard shipping but when I clicked on it, it showed 2 day shipping. The shipping charges didn’t reflect that all of my order would arrive with two day shipping but no way to correct this since, when going back into shipping, it showed 2 day…. Oh, and it changed the address again. So after quadruple checking and giving up on it being perfect, I pulled the trigger and can only pray my items arrive on time to the correct address.

   Scrolling is weird. Scrolling on the app is difficult to use. It sometimes goes very fast and won’t stop even when you touch it. It makes it frustrating to use. The website doesn’t have the same problem.

    Great deals & customer service. What a great company. Fantastic customer service, they stand behind everything they sell, and they have amazing sales on high-quality merchandise. If you use the Nordstrom’s card to pay for goods you accumulate “notes” and they really pay off

    Rude manager. I ordered a sweater in a size large and was sent a medium. I called to inform NR what happened and was told to return it to the store. I went to the Oakbrook store and the manager Joe said the sweater was different from the one I bought and it was a different size. I explained the mistake made by Nordstrom and he said he shouldn’t take it back. He acted like I was trying to scam them which I definitely was not.

    Love them. I love these jeans, but they run big. I usually wear a 27, but these were kind of loose, and I know with wear they will stretch out. So, I’m going to try a 26. And, they were not as short as they were in the model picture. I’m 5’6, 119 lbs.

    The Greatest Shopping App Ever 💕. I absolutely adore and love Nordstrom Rack and shopping on this app!
