   We paid for this, they split the app, and now want us to pay again?!?. Would rate MUCH higher, if this hadn’t been the part of the app I paid for. The sleep sounds had this as part of it, and I used it a TON, and then they split the alarm off the better sleep app, and now want more money for me to use the same parts I already paid about $25 for. Since we paid for this, it was part of the app we paid for, I would have had FAR more trust/faith in the company if they had given all the lifetime members free access to this specific app as well, when they grew the app family/decided the app. As it is, I’ve stopped using both, and until they give me access to the sounds I had already paid for, I am unlikely to use this one again. Give me the sounds I’ve already paid for and we are good, it was an excellent experience back in 2017/2018.

   Rarely works. It worked the first night I tried it. I loved it and was looking forward to using it the next night. Didn’t work the next night or the next. It has worked maybe 3 times out of the 20 I’ve tried it. I can’t waste any more time ‘hoping’ it wakes me. When it worked I loved it which is why I tried so many times. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work consistently. In fact, it rarely works.

   Don’t bother. If you’re looking for a soothing wake up, look elsewhere. You have to go through numerous steps to set any alarm and once you do, the alarm that goes off isn’t at all the alarm you set. A ridiculous interface and a waste of time and money.

   Buggy needs fix. Utilize sleep program for 4 to 5 hours nightly, lately over the past several nights an hour before the program is scheduled to end, a loud noise is generated by the program, greatly disturbing my sleep several hours before my scheduled alarm. App has great potential but can’t recommend if you can’t get a good night’s sleep. I had contacted support for help and never received a response (I had upgraded to the premium app....SAD). BUGGY APP and POOR customer support are a terrible combination.

   Battery drain. The first morning alarm was great and I was very impressed. However, the app needs to be open for the alarm to go into effect thus the need to reset it every night. Having the app open all night caused significant battery drain (100% down to 47% in the morning) so the device must be charging while the app is in use. I’m not one to charge my phone next to the bed so this didn’t work out for me. Not sure why a single app would drain the battery so much from simply being open.

   Pop up ads at the bottom - irritating and frustrating. I can’t relax if there are ads popping up a With a very tiny x that makes it almost impossible to close without tapping the ad. It would be better to disclose this at the outset so buyers can see that it will cost $ to have the app without ads

    Disappointed. The alarm went off twice but now I can’t get it to go off ever! My volume is turned up and the alarm is set. I even set two different alarms on the app and neither goes off.

    SURPRISE. This app is the worst! works 1 day but not the next. If you like to gamble with waking up on time, then this app is for you. Otherwise find a more dependable one. No rhyme or reason why it works from day to day, guess it is a surprise! Support was useless.

    DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!! WORST SLEEP APP EVER! Constantly asks you to rate the app while trying to hit the snooze button which won’t work until you hit “no thanks” on the rating...extremely frustrating. The app itself, originally, was just ok but after the so called “update” they took away many options that were originally paid for PLUS now includes ads (which should not be in products you pay for). How this is not illegal I do not know but do not buy any apps from this company, they will scam you. I will NEVER buy another one of their products. Thanks For nothing Ipnos.

    Terribly unreliable!. Several times is did not wake me for the times it was set for! It seemed to work fine at first but somehow when I-would set it for the wake up program It turned itself off for some reason even though it was indicated as being set to awaken. Thank goodness it was my day off! The help screen didn’t work either. When Clicking onto it a 404 window popped up. Very strange!

    Battery killer!. I set an alarm through this app twice, and woke up to a dead battery both times. My phone was over 40% battery and in low power mode when I went to sleep in both instances, and it died overnight.

    Bad Move.... As a previous user stated, the “premium” “unlockable” parts of this app once used to be free... they added no new sounds, just removed at least half of them and tried to turn around and sell them. Looks like I’m on the hunt for a new app.

    Stole my features!. This used to be my favorite app for going to sleep. Now when I updated, they took away some of the custom programs I had already created by making some of the features premium. That’s not right. You can do it for future programs, but not ones you already own.

    I used to use this app every night and as my alarm. I use this app to help me fall asleep each night and wake up with the alarm every morning. I choose the sounds and volumes for each and my favorite part I that the alarm is a gentle and slow wake up call. June 2014 ****Revision— breaded os spam and phone hacking! I reported that several time in the middle of the next chat while I’m sleeping my phone is baking used and hacked. Please beware! Oct. 2017

    Update. Using. Kinda. // Time to say goodbye.. Update. 3.13.24 I have not used this Ap in a Very Very long time. I recently opened it to decide if I was going to keep it or delete it. I used the ONE program still available to me for sleep. I think it’s been 4 or 5 weeks. I am still not going to give it a higher rating. I spent a Lot of time creating the multiple programs- and since they are locked down- I can’t even get into them to see or change what is prohibited to me. I am fairly sure it’s the Binural beats I had set up. I could probably create something else - but with the abrupt update they did - and my resulting disappointment- and irritation- I chose to find other Aps - and I did. But I do like the One lonely program I have left so, I am adding 1 star. The thing that truly irritated me - deep down- is the fact they took all the free options away and put $$$ on the app. That’s wrong. I still feel that way. So I won’t pay & reward the developers for being greedy. 8 years ago I am a long time user of this App. At least 3 yrs. Before the most recent update I would have rated this all 5 stars. But the update yanked everything I used and enjoyed about this app and put a price tag on it. To get what I had -I have to pay more for it. I will be deleting this app. I will find something better.

    Does not work half the time. I honestly enjoy the quality of the free version and it’s sounds. But I have to give it two stars because half of the time I use it, it does not make any noises or wake me up. I have tried everything; turning on my ringer and up the volume, leaving it open, editing it and saving my settings. Too bad I had to delete it. I like waking slowly and on time…..

    Alarm stopped working. I love this app and have been using it for a really long time. But suddenly the alarm clock part stopped working. It says it’s going off, but doesn’t make any sounds. The sleep sounds part still works and I’ll keep using that, thank goodness. I went in to see if it needed updated, but it shows up-to-date. This app WAS amazing and I think I rated it 5 stars at one point, but now it gets a two only because the sleep sounds still work. An alarm is important. If you can’t trust it to go off, that’s a big issue.
