No refunds. This was not what I expected it to be. Be careful purchasing unless you are 100% sure. I emailed within 5 minutes of purchase and was told no refunds. I should have read the fine print that I agreed too. Well I didn’t know what it was all about yet! I suggest not purchasing and find something more clear.

Holy spam!. Do not give this app your email address. I have received 2-3x the amount of spam emails from them than any other two sources combined. I have unsubscribed from multiple mailing lists, yet their barrage of spam will not cease.

Seriously. I finally decided I might need some help. I registered and summited all my information. The app then says I have to answer questions before they will ”approve me” to use the app. Okay buzzard. The app then asks what the users primary goal is. I wrote that I wasn’t sure yet. Figured there would be more questions: there wasn’t. About 12 hours later I get a reply saying I was rejected. There was no feedback. Just rejected. Is this the right way to treat possible addicts. They finally reach out for help and you reject them?? Reaching out for help can be a very personal and difficult moment. And you tell them they can’t join your group? How do they think that makes the “applicant” feel. How does that reflect the mission for this organization? Seriously!

Trusted certificate error. Ever since I downloaded the app I keep getting repeated pop ups saying cannot verify serve identity - this naked mind app cannot be verified over and over when I’m trying to text even when not using it . I even deleted the app but those darn pop ups keep appearing . I’ve contacted this naked mind IT and might networks IT and Apple Support and no one can fix it . Anyone else have this problem or know of any solutions ?

What happened?. The Alcohol Experiment app I used a few months ago was fantastic but this one is dreadful. The developers have made same major changes to original app. This new one is difficult to navigate and not user friendly at all. It’s a real shame as I thought the original one was perfect.

App won’t open. And the link for app support is useless, takes us to another platform without anything clear. No actual customer service or support. The program is great though. The app is not.

Seems Cool. Hope this works for anyone searching. What work works! I found the app confusing. Had to click into comments to understand that there are fees. Seems like they want to offer professional group/private counseling without really being able. Allen Carr is the OG!

Why so difficult. I have had this app for years, but I haven't used it much. When I returned, my login didn’t work, so I had to try setting up a new account with a different email. My membership has been pending approval for days. It's surprising that an app designed to help people in difficult situations can be so unaccommodating.

Can’t figure it out. Hey, love TNM and Annie. I’ve basically quit alcohol thanks to her book and podcasts but can’t understand this app. Not sure what it’s supposed to do. Giving 2 stars but it’s not against Annie it’s just the app is no good.

Great support network. The older app was a little more user friendly and I miss it. Also, I like the way the videos played in the experiment. This set up feels harder to navigate and use in general. But love the work y’all are doing- thank you!

An app to change your relationship to yourself. I came to TNM to change my relationship with alcohol, but what is miraculously happening is a change in my beliefs about myself. User friendly. This app surprised me in that it is easy to use and navigate. It took some time to figure it out, but for the most part I have done so without too much trouble. The only problem I have run into so far has been when someone posts a photo in the feed, then I am unable to read their written post underneath because when I click on it I only see the photo. But I am thrilled to pieces that I found this app, this beautiful resource to connect with like minds. I also discovered later that TAE was in here and that I could follow it day to day. It’s really miraculous that this exists, that it’s free, and that it is helping so many people world over. Thank you.
