   Can’t log in. Both my husband and I got logged out of our accounts and couldn’t get back in. I don’t remember how it lets you sign up, but it says my email address isn’t on file. It was the same with him. We are both IT people, so it’s not like we are idiots. He signed up for a new account, but I opted not to be bothered with an app that is so lousy that it can’t help you log back in without setting up a new account. I just deleted the app.

   Useless. This app does not accurately track step count. It’s synced to my watch and it’s thousands of steps off.

   Doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for weeks to get this app to allow steps to be synced from my Fitbit. Emails go unanswered, I then get a response saying I’ll look into it and more than a week later it still doesn’t work. Great app in theory but does no good if you can’t sync to the devices listed - which is why I picked it!

    Not impressed. It counts my steps every day and they are off slightly from what my Apple Watch says but that’s not a huge issue. I have a friend in there and in order to see her steps I have to delete and re install the app daily. It also has all my steps for the past week as the same amount of steps every day even though I know I got way more than what it says.

    Would be great if it worked. I got this app to help motivate my family to stay active daily. Keep in mind, some family members are more comfortable with tech than others. It’s hard to keep the less tech-savvy ones interested when simple things don’t work as they should. The first day I could see the step count for 2 added friends, but not for the 4th person. I figured it was because they didn’t have Apple Health set up and the other 2 did. Two days after convincing everyone to get on Social Steps, multiple texts and FaceTime calls explaining how to set up and sync Apple Health, only my steps are visible on the Social Steps app. We all see zeros for the step count for every friend that I’ve added, This is across four separate iPhone 12s in 2 states. I sent screenshots to the Social Steps team hoping it’s an easy fix. It is rather disheartening though, given the difficulty we’ve faced trying to use a seemingly simple app whose primary feature isn’t working. At this point, it’s easier for us to just text each other daily step counts since we can all see our steps in Apple Health.

    Not user friendly. Attempted to use this app for our friend group since we all have different devices, the “add friend” feature is not working. We can see where we have a notice, but there is no where for us to click on the friend request.

    Updates and bad data. Nothing updates your data correctly even worse when connected to a watch device like today on my app says wife has 10k steps and I have 3700k but on her phone says she has 7k and I have 0 lol couldn’t recommend for someone that wants to have friendly challenges

    App does not synchronize with Fitbit for previous days. I emailed developer several times who told me the app pulls 7 days of data. It doesn’t. You have to keep the app open. For example if you open the app at midnight or the next say it will not pull 7 days worth of data.

    Ava. I was go excited to get this app yesterday and it doesn't count all my steps on my apple watch on the activity coil it says i have 8,619 but on the app it says 4,423 this really needs to be fixed this not fair for the people who have more steps than there friends and it shows that your friend won. I would give this app a zero star if i could.

    Friends. Just downloaded. Added my friend. She sees my steps I can’t see hers and she keeps popping up to send request. What’s point if can’t see each other’s steps. Waste of the app I think. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s working now. Thank u

    Wishing there was more to it!. I love this app especially by being able to connect to my social friends online as well. I wish there was just more to it like giving eachother messages and appreciation points or likes or something on accomplishments. But overall it’s really fun to be able to share your step counts. :)

    Garmin?. I would love to use this with friends and family but it seems it is not compatible with Garmin. No qualms with the app itself as it seems like a great idea, but it just doesn’t work with the current watch/app that I have.

    Excellent dupe for Fitbit challenges on iPhone!. Our group is loving this app do those of us that have Apple Watches. The one person with the Garmin is having issues. Super simple to use. I do wish there was a widget as well as alerts when someone has taken the lead, getting close to you, etc.. I have all my notifications on but haven’t seen one come through, so not sure what the notifications are? The best part about the Fitbit was that step challenges, am this app is closest thing I can find to it! Thanks!!
