   Doesn’t work. It’s not working for me at all. It says it won’t work with my watch yet I have a series 9 Apple watch? So I’m confused because it says 4 and up. And I have a newer one but it still won’t work at all. Where the dog goes it’s just bank and kinda blurred out. Super upset about it as I was looking forward to having this app.

   Cute but stopped working. One month after I started paying the $1 a month to use the extra features it just stopped working. The dog wouldn’t show up on my watch face. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck fixing it. App and watch were both up to date.

   Step count off by 2500 steps. Step count off by 2500 steps consistently daily, annoyed by this app. Cute dog but the app doesn’t work. There is no way to get the app to sync to my phone to get the right step count. Lame

   This must be a scam. Saw this on TT. Thought I’d try, looks cute. Doesn’t work. My health app has 5,000 steps. StepDog stays consistent at 0 steps. Tried everything. Set my goals on the app, ran phone & watch updates, uninstalled/reinstalled - all the things. Now StepDog is all over my TT FYP. Certain now these are paid influencers. Will delete app.

   You have to pay weekly to customize the dog.. Make upgrading to choose your own dog not a monthly fee.

   Always 1 step. No matter what I do my step count on this app says 1 step. I sent an email awhile back and still have not heard anything. Stopped paying for it as a result. Don’t pay for it!!!!

   Wouldn’t Download. I have an Apple Watch 3 and this would never download to my watch. It just spun and spun for hours, for nearly a day. Bummer because it looks so cute.

    Step goal won’t change on my Apple Watch. This is a fun little app but I can’t get it to change the step goal on my Apple Watch. It stays at 10,000 no matter what I set it at on my phone. Help? I have emailed the developers with no response.

    Wanted to like it.. You have to pay monthly to join/ challenge other people. You can’t pick your dog/toys/ or weather unless you buy it on top of the monthly fee. Won’t connect to my Apple Watch..

    Only works for the newest watches. I bought a new series three for Black Friday 2020, but apparently there’s an even “newer “ series 4 out! My pet passed away several years ago and when I saw his breed was in premium I quickly upgraded. I was so sad to see that the pet wouldn’t appear on my phone and found out it was because I had an “old” Apple Watch. People, I bought this Watch new, not refurbished. I hope they decide to cater to previous series and if they will in the future I’ll change this review.

    Very disappointed. I’m a wheelchair user and have an Apple Watch and my health app SET TO WHEELCHAIR. Yet this app refuses to count it. Only counts steps. BE BETTER THAN THIS, fix this issue. Disabled people are not an afterthought. I’m so annoyed by this, inclusivity is not something that should be forgotten.

    Not as advertised. The dog only shows up on the newest Apple Watch (series 5). Shows in fine print. Otherwise only shows your progress on the main screen. Also purchased the additional animal pack (prior to knowing it wouldn’t show on my home screen) and it’s not bringing up the animal I chose on my watch :/ Disappointed...

    Not a watch Face. I was disappointed to see this is just an app. They need to make clear it’s not for the main watch face. I think if FitBit could do this already, Apple should of.

    App not recognized on series 5 watch.. I bought the app with all of the in app purchases. The app says it doesn’t recognize my watch. My phone and watch have be updated to their latest versions. This was a complete waste of money and I wish I could get a refund!

    Dog doesn’t appear. Unfortunately the dog doesn’t appear on my watch face either, just two rows of dotted lines. Please fix! This app is a good idea if works!
