   Trash. It doesn’t sync properly with google health app only apple health. My Fitbit only syncs with google health. When you fix that let me know.

   Doesn’t sync with steps. I have a hard time getting my steps to sync. Many days, I have over 10k steps or just more than what the app shows. The app is useless if it doesn’t work and sync correctly. They don’t refund the subscription either. Waste of money!

   As a night shift worker, it sucks not getting a full day. I really like the idea, its fun, but the paywalls are ridiculous. The cosmetics are fine with the coins and being able to pay for them, but not getting a full day or seeing the game history is not cool. You should not have to pay just to have a full day, I work night shifts so a majority of my walking is done during the hours it cuts me off.

   Not accurate tracker. This app does not accurately represent your steps for the day no matter what your health app or Apple Watch says. The app does a terrible job showing what actually happens when your score increases or decreases. Very disappointing

   Full of bugs. I downloaded this app and would be enjoying it so much more if the steps were actually correct. They never stay the same Look different in each person’s app Please fix this soon before we move on to another app.

    Horrible App. This app will not sync to your products: ie watch and phone. It also does not fulfill what it says it will do. Customer Service will charge you the full amount and refuse to give you a refund. BEWARE OF THIS APP!

    Why would someone pay for a step counter?. So initially, I thought this was a pretty cool idea, but the fact that you have to pay for a step counter that already comes free on your iPhone is the dumbest thing. I cannot believe people would waste money on this nonsense.

    Want to love it. I want to love this is and was really excited to give it a try, but nothing works. You can’t seem to add friends or even join the super stompers as once I do it doesn’t unlock anything. Are there any updates to fix issues coming soon because it’s a phenomenal idea.

    DO NOT INSTALL refused to cancel or refund money. My son invited me to this app. In order to sign up it forced me into a “free trial” for 7 days. 5 days in I emailed support and said I wanted to cancel. No one responded. On the 7th day they charged my card $59.99. I contacted apple support and they refused to refund the money. I messaged the support email for stompers again and they don’t answer. So I’m out $60 for what? It doesn’t even say what I’m paying for. I contacted them in time and they refuse to give my money back. This app is a money scam.

    Buggy. Constantly misreads steps, you can sync it to everything under the sun and you’ll still be wrong.

    Glitchy. I have two friends on stompers, but I’m still unable to see any results. Whenever I try, it says that I need to add friends to see ALL results. I already have two so it shouldn’t be an issue. I made a third friend download the app and I still can’t see results. Also, I’ve turned on background app refresh, but my friends still can’t see my results unless I open the app to refresh my step count. I want to love this app but it just isn’t working for me, and there’s no avenue to request support through the app. Or maybe there is and I just can’t see it because nothing works!

    It's just not good anymore. The concept is great, it's like Mario kart but for walking. A great way to get moving and stay competitive. I've had the app since July2024, and it has just gotten worse and worse. The boost are glitchy, the step counter is glitchy, the ranking system is glitchy. The updates are making the app worse every time. It's too bad, it had a lot of potential.

    Lost access. I would like this app but it blocked me out of it until I add 2 more friends even when I had six friends on the app. I really enjoyed it until this blocked me out. Now it’s useless because no matter how many new friends I add, it still won’t let me access it. Absolutely horrible. I submitted multiple tickets but they never addressed the issue.

    Won’t open. There are so many times when the app won’t open, I tried all of the fixes and now I just can’t get into it. None of my friends are having this problem

    Glitchy. Not accurate. How do I drop from 15k steps back down to 7k and then up again? Also, I would be leasing in steps, but still end up jot being 1st place. Awful and stressful

    help. I downloaded it and opened it once it was fine. Closed the app to open later and now it doesn’t work it just glitches and goes to my home screen. Deleted it and tried again still not working.
