   Not as advertised. I downloaded this for walking and it wanted me to download games to play instead. Total waste of time!

   Big Waste Of Time!. I downloaded this app 10 days ago and it only let me collect coins on the first day. I contacted support for assistance but they still have not gotten back to me. I have walked so much and could not collect on it. Very disappointed.

   Misleading ads. Doesn’t work as easily as the ads make it look. After 2 days it wasn’t giving me credit for steps and was trying to force playing games to earn more coins. Deleted app.

   Not counting steps again. Despite the fact that I’m allowing tracking on this app , and the health app is tracking my step, Scrambly is NOT tracking my steps again, saying I need to allow Health app for tracking…. I ALREADY DID THAT MONTHS AGO!!! ITS ALREADY ACTIVATED!!! ITS NOT WORKING!!!

   Feels like a scam. Been using this app for a bit , not gonna cash out for while . Now all of a sudden when trying to covert my steps it’s telling me my account is already linked to another account. I only use this app on my phone and it’s not linked to anything else . I’ve sent in my complaint and NOTHING! I also don’t like that you need my DL for cashing out to verify who I am. Every other app uses emails, phone numbers and sends verification codes to confront payouts. DL is way TOO much personal information to be given.

    Forced to verify id and instantly suspended. In order to redeem you have to verify id. As soon as i submitted my id the account was instantly suspended without notice or question.

    SCAM ACTIVITY. They are okay with you withdrawing one or two dollars but will not let you withdraw anything over that they will LIE and say you have two active accounts and can’t withdraw any more

    Scam! There are better apps elsewhere. Update/Response to Developer’s comment: I’ve had tickets in the queue for 6 months that continue to go unanswered. Support is completely unresponsive ————— Don’t use this app. I had over $500 worth of rewards owed to me. Scrambly froze my account because of how much I earned. When I reached out to customer service, they deactivated my account unjustly and without cause. I reached out again and they reactivated but still froze my account. Now customer service is refusing to respond to me or honor the rewards. I have reached out over 10 times. I’ve had much better success with other apps who actually honor their promotions

    Scam. I am continuously sent offers because I stopped using the app. I then complete the offers and don’t get paid for them. Customer support doesn’t ever respond. Just a scam!

    Errors on app. Recent errors on app, namely saying it is in use on another device when it isn’t, makes this app a 1 star. This error prevents payouts. Just google the issue, and you will see frustrated users.

    Step activity. It is too bad you only use the Health app for tracking. I only use Fitbit and my Health app is never accurate, let alone do I carry my phone with me all the time. It’s always 2-3K difference or more at the end of day. What a waste of time having to try and calculate steps from my Fitbit to the Health app as it’s very time consuming. Please consider using other options for tracking steps.

    “SCAMBLY”. If I could give this a zero I would. I am ashamed to have downloaded this app, played the games, did my steps all to get my account banned for “fraud”. This guy VLADYSLAV SHULEPOV customer support said “I've reviewed your account carefully, and I have to be straightforward with you: our system detected VPN usage, which is a violation of Scrambly's Terms of Service. Because of this, both your balance and your account have been permanently suspended — and I'm not able to reverse this decision. I shared this app with friends and I will definitely warn them of this app and tell them about the scam I encountered. All this to probably steam my information and my measly 15ish dollars “I made” through this app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DOWNLOAD.

    Doesn’t pay. When I have a lot of steps. It will not convert to coins. This is a total scam. Don’t waste your time. It says my device is already in use on this app. Well yes!! It’s my device with this app. Total waste of time and using up device memory. Skip this one and move on. SCAM!!!

I’ve been getting points and converting my steps now o can’t? I Reached out multiple times for different issues also and never get a response. If my issue gets fixed I will raise my rating

    Awful. I’ve used Scrambly online for years with no problem. After a while the games stopped tracking. Their website told me to download the app so I did. I got to over 300,000 points. Went to cash out and it closed my account for saying I had multiple accounts. The website told me to download the app. Nothing was tracking anymore. Was I not suppose to? I’m absolutely devastated.

    Not a walking App. The app is not focused on just walking. If you don’t play games daily and meet those goals and your walking steps are ignored, your steps will not count.

    Nothing but one big ad. Says to earn my walking. I opened the app. Set it up. The only thing there: ads to choose from. And load more ads. I walked over 4 miles today, it’s connected to my health app and phone pedometer, nothing about my steps. I thought maybe I could change the profile settings. Nothing anywhere able to do that. App support: webpage that was just as useless. The app is completely fake from it’s advertised purpose!! DELETED

    Sign in. It said I already had two accounts so I couldn’t even withdraw anything and I didn’t even have two devices with my account. I logged out and it wouldn’t even let me sign in

    Does not honor offers. They email you offers. You complete them. You don’t get rewarded. You put in a support ticket. You get ghosted. Rinse and repeat. Even better, They respond to this bad review in days but still no response to my support tickets.
