   Unable to redeem gift cards.. I got this app a while back. I had hoped to make a little cash on the side while getting my steps in. Instead, this app makes you get entries for giveaways, which most likely no one even wins. I hope that they fix this bug if it is one or that they put the “Buy” button back on the rewards page. so people can purchase gift cards if they want them.

   superdraw scam. I haven’t received the prize for the win on June 14, 2026. They said in 7 days the prize will be sent to my paypal and today is June 24 and I still haven’t received it. I also believe the review that I wrote the other day is erased. Should Icontact a lawyer?

   Paid for Premium, But Still Experiencing Excessive Ads!!. I paid for the Premium plan, expecting a better user experience. However, I was very disappointed to find that the Premium plan does not include an ad-free experience. The ads are extremely disruptive, and each one lasts around 90–120 seconds, which significantly affects my ability to enjoy using the app. If users are paying for a Premium subscription, I believe it should either remove ads completely or clearly explain this limitation before purchase. I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and provide a solution, such as removing the ads from my Premium plan!

   1/1/26-CURRENT DAY. IF I COULD; 0 out of 5 STARS. But I would prefer a negative star rating. DAILY BOOST IS SCREWING ME OVER. Started the first daily boost today 5/12/26 and it went through the twenty minutes, showed that I had 2,500+ steps and it competent restarted, showing that I never started the first routine. Please fix these issues right now. Please fix the DAILY BOOST ACTIVITY. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF NOT RECEIVING THE AMOUNT I’VE EARNED.

    Deceptive tactics. I’ve been using Sweatcoin for 6+years , paying for the highest tier with the expectation that since I walk a lot already I could actually save up enough Sweatcoins to get something of value, only for sweatcoing to turn their backs and completely change how the platform is run by forcing you to dilute your Sweatcoin in half by turning it into crypt (which I never use) if that wasn’t bad already, I still decided to put time and money into the app only to have the value of sweatcoing to get heavily diluted (which is understandable) however the part that’s really frustrating is the fact that I can’t even spend my sweatcoin, due to the timing of their auctions , the only way I would be able to participate would be if I decided to wake up at three in the morning! Absolutely ridiculous, and hope the company can make it right by offering other time slots for their auctions. It’s just sad to see that the company does value loyal customers

    Bonus and customer service. Every morning I walk about 12k - 15k steps. I start the 3x bonuses (2) during my walk. After about 1.5 hours I get ZERO steps counted and 0.00 SweatCoin for my 40 minutes of walking. I have sent an email with screenshots of my zero bonus and my steps. At first I get a response but the last two weeks customer service seem to ignore my concern. This is unacceptable in my mind since I subscribe to this app. If I could give them a minus 5 stars rating I would.

    Don’t waste your time. Scam.. I have walked over 2,000,000 miles and I can’t even cash out for a five dollar gift card. I have premium and I have yet to get a single gift card. That is 5000 coins and my 2 million steps weren’t even worth that. This is hands-down, one of the biggest scams I’ve ever seen in my life.

    Scam. I’ve entered in many many of the draws in the past one that I entered in I put in almost 1000 entries and the average said it was 40 and there was five winners, and I still did not I’m not want anything with this ad this app is a scam

    Get out your credit card. If you want to get a gift card for your sweat coins you earn you must buy the premium subscription and buy from the ads they throw at you constantly. When you get within a few hundred coins of being able to get a gift card it raises the cost by 1k more coins. What a joke.

    Pointless, useless. I’ve had this app for well over a decade, since I was in my teen years. To be completely honest, I have no idea why I’ve had it that long. I think I just forget it exists. I’ve frequently met the goals throughout this time, but have NEVER once won a single thing and you aren’t able to exchange sweat coins for REAL gift cards directly. It’s been over 10 years now… complete waste of time, effort, and hope on this app. Literally the most pointless and useless app I’ve ever had on my phone. I really just need to delete it.

    Scam. They claim you can “Buy” gift cards. The gift card offer I had for the first month or so with the app was 2,500 sweatcoins for $10. As soon as I reached 2,500 sweatcoins, I went to cash out. And guess what? Now you need 7,000 sweatcoins to cash out for $10. Because of this, I think the app is changing the goalposts when you get close to rewards. Therefore, if I am understanding the situation correctly, they are operating a classic changing goalposts scam.

    Greedy and not worth it. So after many years, I finally re-downloaded the app just to see if it improved and no it got worse. You can’t even do anything without being hit with a whole two minute ad on repeat just to get eight coins off of a scratch. It is not worth it.
