   Simple Plan - Free. Where is the “Simple Plan’” that is free? You list 3 plans but no option to select the “Simple Plan”

   Issues with Downgrading Account. I’ve been trying to downgrade my account from premium for over three months now. I’ve been getting the runaround. Their tech-support reached out once escalated me and has not reached back out again.

   App not Working. Got a notification within the app that it needed to update which it did! Now, all day it won’t load or login! Tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now I just get a “Failed to get user services”. My problem is, that you are a platform/business that has people’s money that they cannot access which may cause undo stress which is not needed when your services doesn’t work properly and when there is no notification of such services working correctly and we cannot see or get to our money “we” feel your platform is a scam or something like that. So please fix you platform/app so I can properly access my account and manage my money correctly

   scam. this app straight up stole my money, deposited $20 just to mess around with to see what the wealth builder would do with it, a few days later i check in on it and the whole $20 was withdrawn from my account and there wasnt even any withdrawal in the account activity, they straight up just stole the $20 and acted like it was never deposited. dont put yourself money in this upp unless you want it stolen.

   Kevin lied. Never trust him.. Kevin said the app is free. It’s not free. There is a monthly fee. It’s better to say nothing at all than it is to mislead people.

   Hard to retrieve funds. I want to close out my account and receive my funds but they have locked me out and are responding with "why do I want my funds" it's none of their business. Just know I haven't gotten my funds in 2 weeks and counting. I would put your money somewhere else!

    NO GOOD!!!. I’ve been waiting for my refund for close to a month now. The app is glitchy and unreliable. Customer service feels like a scam company from overseas.

    Age. Good afternoon, As I was opening the app in excitement I was just starting to make my account with a good mood. In Tik Tok it said this is an app for young people to start to get the basics of Investing. I went to look at the app and it says 4+ age to download the app. I downloaded the app, After I did I put my email and password. Finally I was going to enter my pin, but then I notice another part I didn’t sign. I looked and I said U had to be 18+ to make an account. This confused me because the app says 4+ and on Tik tok. I don’t know if this is a typo or what. Thank you Anthony

    False advertising. When I show the ad on YouTube the person from shark tank literally says that it’s for the kids who can learn how to invest I did and I put my age and it says only for 18 years and older like what is all this for then.

    Always have a updated. I having issues always, the app goes to update and tell me that for some reason send a link to you email, but never receive an email or a confirmation message.

    First month, problem. I looked all over the app for a way to pay my subscription fee. I looked in my subscription tab in my settings. No way to pay subscription cost. Now my account is locked and I don’t no how to pay, support isn’t answering. Stay away from this app.

    Terrible. At first, it didnt approve my purchase but then a couple days later, it made the purchase by itself and when I tried taking the money out, it took a 35 dollar fee for withdrawal of 100, which is absurd and it takes a week for the money to go back to your account. This app is terrible.

    Verification. The app seems great except it is taking forever to verify my identity. Every time I open the app asks for my ID. Then is says it will only take a few seconds and never actually verifies it. It’s keeping me from actually investing.
