   free reading. supposedly free reading on them for just a minute and then they charge it’s bs They never tell you anything. they want me to change my review am not they are lying about being free they’re not for the scam.

   Hard to distinguish. I have consulted with at least six different advisors on this platform, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. First, it is obvious that many of the "advisors" are actually AI some respond instantly with generic answers, while others are painfully slow. Even with the ones that seem human, the typing speed is inconsistent, and the accuracy is hit-or-miss. My biggest issue is the platform's design: once a session starts, you cannot exit or end the chat, which feels like a blatant trap to drain your money. There is zero customer support to address these issues. Furthermore, the pricing is exorbitant for the quality of advice received. Five out of six advisors gave me false hope, and the accuracy of their details was unreliable. When the session ends, they use high-pressure tactics to make you feel anxious, insisting that there is "more they need to tell you" just to get you to book another session. Others simply go silent, forcing you to pay for another reservation to get any further clarification. It is a complete waste of money and lacks any real value. Save your time and stay away.

   suspended my account mid conversation.. i was in the middle of my free trial till i for some odd reason get suspended for no reason, i down loaded this almost a hour ago.

   Bad…I don’t think they are human. Talked to two “psychics” on here. I think this is AI or something. They could only do texts (red flag there). Very cold, uncaring, and just stated the obvious. Almost like a google search. Super unhelpful and disappointing.

   Do not download. Do not open this app. I spoke to two highly rated readers. Does not answer direct questions, but steeds give generic answers with fluffy wording. Not a real emotional attention getter there. Felts these were bots as both readers had similar writing styles

   Some have talent but a lot of them lie. I would say to make sure you know your situation well before you pay because some of the readers on here will lie and even make up situations to scare you into buying more sessions. Never go in completely trusting a psychic unless you can test their abilities first. Some readers have been very rude when I called them out on their lies and even lied stating that I would end up alone. The app itself also closed my account because I was on to the scam. I also think the use AI and more than one person for the same psychic account. You can actually tell if you know what to look for. Someone who worked for this app also said that they get paid to lie, so please be careful. Don’t make this your go to app. Try it then move on. They are not licensed. I hope this helps

   No integrity. One of the reviewers on here said that they believe the guides share information about you amongst each other and I would have to agree. I asked a question about a guy I was dating and when I asked again from my daughter’s account they banned me from the app claiming that I violated their terms by creating multiple accounts. But it’s like how would you even know that unless you’re comparing the content within the readings on each account because the name and contact information is different???

    Mixed opinion. As someone who has used this app many times, here is my overall review . I feel like some psychic on here are accurate and others are not . What I have mostly seen is that these psychic on here mostly care about money. They would give a good response on a free reading and when you pay for a reading, they don’t answer all your questions so that you can waste your money to book again. The customer service is not really helpful when it comes to refunds. So,be careful. I also believe that some of the psychics here are using chatgpt on their responses .

    Scam artist. These people will play on your emotions while you’re mourning your loved ones tell you they can contact them, but only after you subscribe and give them a certain amount of money they have generic responses and no in person contact this app should be deleted for being fraudulent!!!

    Ai psychics. Don’t fully trust the psychics in this app. The messages don’t feel authentic and give AI. I sent proof over that one of the psychics message was ai and they only gave me a credit. I want a full refund to my account. People are paying to get genuine responses and should not be scammed. I highly suggest to save your money and don’t waste your time. It’s a scam.

    Fake readers. I’ve been using keen and PsychicBook for some time but at this point I’m going to stick to Keen. These readers seem to have to be navigated through the reader and I find myself correcting them a lot on “messages” that are clearly off. It’s only one person on there that seems to be accurate but most are not. They also never want to do the free reading to confirm their accuracy

    Bad support. I've spent over $2,000 in October and more than $3,000 in November on this app. For that amount of money, I expected fair treatment and honest support. There are a few real advisors on here - and I'm grateful I was lucky enough to come across them - but there are also a lot of scams mixed in. What makes it worse is that it almost feels like some sessions are screened at the start just to gather personal details. Then later I get pushed toward "their" advisors who already seem to know my situation before I even speak, and the reading suddenly shifts or feels manipulated. It's uncomfortable, and it doesn't feel right. On top of that, any time I ask for a refund - even when a session is clearly not what I paid for - I'm treated like I'm trying to take advantage of the system. For how much I've spent, the last thing I should be getting is attitude or resistance over a simple refund request. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I just want honesty, consistency, and fair treatment. If the app wants loyal customers to stay, th need to fix the refund system and address the obvious issues with screening and funneling people towar certain advisors. There are some genuine guides on here, but overall the experience shouldn't feel like a gamble every time.

    I’m leaving this review from my experience with this app it is an convenient app however. The one advisor i decided to only stick with for communication was good and nice in the beginning my one star is for everything the advisor said that would happened did not in fact happened! I paid for rituals and I felt like it made things worse even though the advisor said it’s a slow process but after paying for the rituals the advisor stop communicating with me not once check in on me or nothing just cold towards me! I do get that it’s probably a lot of sessions they do each days with others but you still shouldn’t forget about none of your customers and that’s just my honest opinion I’ve waited months before leaving this review to see if anything would change and so far nothing has changed it just left me out of money heart broken and restless nights to the point I’ve been waking up at the same time for the passed couple of weeks now 2am I never awaken at that time before I had the rituals done don’t get me wrong I may of have a bad experience others may have a good one and they advisor maybe accurate on things but as for me not one good news I’ve gotten just false hopes and dreams if something so happens to change I will update my review but as of now it remains

    Free chats. The free chats no longer work, it says “start free chat” but then you click it and it gives you options to pay. This is unfortunate because you can no longer get a feel of the advisor and what they have to offer before deciding to book an actual session.

    It’s a scam. If I were to rate this lower then 1 star, I would. So I know someone who swore by this app that it was real, and I was skeptical about it. I spoke to him and told and asked him “don’t you think you’re being scammed?” He said “nooo……how would they know what I’m going through?” So I asked him if he can do a different account and talk to the same person on the app and see what happen. THIS IS where I knew it was a scam. So he proceeded to do a different account and speak to the same person on there. Do YOU know that the person that was on there, DIDNT even know who he was at all?? They spoke to my friend like if he never met him before AND the “PSYCHIC” literally said “what are you talking about? I’ve never talk to you before at all” my friend showed him pictures and messages and then the psychic started saying weird stuff like “OOOOHHHH I remember you now. Yeah you’re my friend/ family. I care for you” but couldn’t remember who he was. This was all in the matter of 30 seconds apart. First psychic my friend was talking to knew who he was. He changed accounts, SAME psychic didn’t know who he was at all. So THIS app is a scam.

    App restricts limits free consultation chats. Think twice before downloading this app. The app puts limitations on free chats even though the Terms of Service doesn’t mention anything regarding the app automatically putting limitations on free consultation sessions. The app will force you to book paid sessions in order to enable the free consultation sessions. Also don’t count on the in app customer support department or the App Developer Aptlife Media LLC to fix issues or respond to emails or in app chats support. I have been using the app on both my Android device and iOS iPad in total since November 2023 and have encountered on going issues with the app not refunding money after booked sessions have been paid for before the app crashed and took forever for the app to get recovered, to customer support agents cussing users out, to unlawfully suspending users account, to not being responsive. Apple App Store ( also Google Play Store) are useless when you need them to help you has a back up like Better Business Bureau of the Federal Trade commission complaint boards.

    Banned me.. I just wanted to know about me and my boyfriends love life if we would be together forever, I don’t even know what I did wrong, I was asking questions and told me our energy doesn’t seem youthful? I just wanted to know if me and him will last, and then I asked so you don’t think we would last? And then it suspended me for violations that I didn’t even do. This is an app for love and relationships too and is 4 In age and up, im pretty disappointed. My opinion not a good app.

I said what was the reason for this person not come and see me a few nights ago he actually did come and see me, but some of these psychics were saying this is the reason why he didn’t come and see me so really the information I’m being told is a lie because all they say is positive things I feel like they’re only just trying to get my attention and my money.     Inaccurate.. Don’t waste your time or money. All they give are generic answers. I saw this app as an ad & the responses I got matched the ad. Then they keep pushing you to book a session when they are completely wrong. Chat support is a joke & just blame you. Highly inaccurate.

    Horrible experience. I experienced an hour reading. Tell me what I already know and explaining me everything that I’m going through. Sorry I didn’t say anything new or update. Nothing about my life with my relationship. Later, I paid $20 for another reading, but they insisted for me to pay another $20 to complete the reading. I told them I had barely any money. They still wanted me to pay $20. This app is a complete rip off and half of the psychics on here are probably fake if I can give it one star to this app I would because it’s not worth downloading if they’re trying to con you out of money just for a reading.
