   Why 59.99. Like an idiot I bought the paid version when the free version was doing great as soon as I pay for this version 5999 it will not record me. It keeps freezing, but I just recorded a few videos with the free version

   Green screen doesn’t work. I a yearly subscription outright and the green screen doesn’t work and this is the main reason I purchased this. I would actually like a refund if possible, that’s the only reason I bought it for the teleprompter with green screen

   Can’t use it as solely a teleprompter. I purchased this app thinking I could record within it as well as record with other equipment while using it as a teleprompter. I’m unable to just run the copy without the camera. I tried for a refund almost immediately and none are offered for any reason. It’s terrible customer care.

   Crashes Constantly — One of the Worst App Store Purchases. This app is completely unreliable. It crashes constantly, frequently says it’s “unavailable,” and rarely functions seamlessly even when it does open. The interface is clunky, the settings are confusing, and the features are barebones at best. There’s no intelligent scrolling, no voice sync, and no editing tools. Compared to other teleprompter apps, this feels like a broken placeholder, not a real tool for people to use . And with no refund option, it’s by far one of the worst purchases I’ve made in the App Store. I never leave reviews, but this one deserved it. I hope this helps others—because this is ridiculous.

   Year Five and I hate it more every single day. The app consistently freezes losing all of my content. I’ve been using this app for five years and I have never hated an app more in life than this one. They never update the software and the saving capabilities for the videos always ends up crashing and you lose ALL of your content and videos. Hate this app, go somewhere else to make a purchase and save yourself the stress of a mediocre teleprompter app.

    I need a in depth tutorial. Help. I’m not understanding how to review videos or how to get them to my photos, or how to edit them. Is there a in-depth video tutorial somewhere. I’m really frustrated.

    How do I cancel subscription?. When I go to Apple subscription does not give me the option to cancel only show the price, date of expiration and see all plans That is very shady of you guys to not allow cancellation via Apple like all other apps

    Video Would Not Save. This app allowed the video to record, but when it came time to save it kept spinning on the “video preparation” circle of death. I have the latest IPAD pro and it should have worked. Little advice for all of you—try to save the video first.

    Decreased video quality. I am using an iPhone 13 and it seems when I record from inside the app it decreases my video quality. If I record from the camera app I can mirror the outside camera when recording from the front/inside camera and my quality is great. Any fix for this???

    Horrible customer service. My app stopped working after I bought the next level , my storage crash, I contact many times to ask for what is the problem, in the beginning everything was great but later became a stressful and today after I email about the horrible experience an agent answer .I answered your previous question.But the answer was is a holiday 😢😢hope they can return my money since I paid for the whole year.

    App takes too long to save when over 10 secs. The app would have been awesome but unusable if it takes a thousand hours to save to phone when script is over 10 secs

    iPhone app freezes. For the last two weeks, the app freezes once I use one script. The minute I try to get into a new one- the app is frozen.

    Timing out.. I signed up for the free 7 day trial. But, the app does not allow me to add “Closed Caption.” I’m afraid they are going to charge me $99 for trying to sign up for the free trail. Only a few thing work in this app.

    Not a Fan of the new update. I like the one before this update. I can’t see how things look without the controls being on the screen. The controls cover the words even when it’s supposed to be hidden

    Garbage! Period!. I just spent $18+ for this teleprompter and I saved my first video. I CAN’T FIND THE VIDEO! What the hell. Where is the control or menu to find the videos you save? The only thing you get once you exit out of the teleprompter is a script menu. I don’t understand how do don’t tell users where the videos are that get saved or have a video menu to export, edit, etc.

    Video Quality is horrible. I used to love this app. On my Iphone 11 Pro the quality looks horrible. When I lock the video settings it starts changing everything the moment I press “Start”. I don’t know what they did but they messed the app. Too bad.

    Shame on Me for Buying This. The specific set of problems I'm having was recently noted by other users just a few days ago. I correctly paired my keyboard with the app using Bluetooth, and some functions work, but the one I wanted explicitly, scroll to marker, does not. If you click on the required key combo, the application stops recording. I filled out a ticket and emailed the company twice with no response. I gave them a week to do so and nothing. Do not buy this app if you expect all functions advertised to work. They do not, and the support is shamelessly non-existent.

    Crappy when transferred to pc. The video looks great on my phone. When I transfer it to PC it will not play properly. Loads with audio only. Total waste of money for me.

    Features did not work. No support. Charged $99.. Several features did not work as advertised, including pausing scrolling and external keyboard control. I was trying out the auto caption option, but was never able to use it within the 7 days so I was charged $99. I reached out to support 3 different times and never received a response. I trust they will at least credit the $99.
