    Poor app. The conception of the app is very bad. It doesn't do anything right, it doesn't do the transcription properly. It's very stupid that, when someone calls you, it stop all your work. My iPhone, which is new, it hot when work with your app. I do not recommend anyone to download this app.

    They intentionally make it difficult to unenroll. No, it’s absolutely not worth $4 per month, yes it is sneaky and annoying to make it so difficult to cease service. It’s a crappy app.

    Purchase required - wish I’d known before editing.. Spent the past hour editing the captions on my little iPhone video only to find out I had to purchase a plan at the end. Would have been nice to know that from the get go. I really had just this one little video I wanted captioned for my deaf friends. So didn’t want to purchase a monthly thing. Sigh. Wasted a good hour. Oh well.

    App Crashes. As soon as I download my video with the subtitle it crashes. Tried multiple times and still crashes. I sent the app creator an email because he responds “immediately” and haven’t heard back. I even went ahead and purchased the subscription and wasted my money

    Worst app ever. The worst app I have ever used. I was trying to add 30 second subtitles and this app made it so difficult. First of all it barely lets you get an accurate time because you can’t manually enter the time. I even made an in app purchase to be able to download my work, but was still unable to after I purchased it. Absolute waste of money. I want a refund.

    Doesn't work at all. Never have I wasted $10 in a more irritating way. This thing keeps taking you around and around in circles to the editing screen and back. Never even got one captioned video out of it. And btw, check out the terms of service... in bold they admit it's a piece of s@!$ and it's your fault for purchasing it.

    I want my money back :(. I’m so upset that I purchased this. I uploaded a video of mine and the captions are so off. I can’t adjust the timeframe either so the captions show up at the wrong time. I don’t know what to do. Please consider a refund, I cannot use this app.

    Doesn’t save the video with the subtitles. I’ve been trying for two hours to save the completed video with the subtitles it adds and it simply won’t save the completed video. Tried everything.. waste of time and money.

    Transcription did not work well for me. This app was not able to accurately transcribe my video. I’ve tested other apps and subtitles were accurate, so this is an issue with this app. I paid the $2.99 to upload a prerecorded video but transcription was missing chunks of text, so it’s not usable for me. How do I get a refund? I can’t use this app to caption my videos if the captions are not accurate and doesn’t pick up all audio. Please help me get a refund!

    No arabic! 😑. I do not know why developer has not thought about arabic as it is within 5 most languages used in the world

    Doesn’t work!. I bought this app to help me save time so I didn’t have to translate videos on my own but it didn’t do what it was supposed to do. It kept getting stuck and I had to retry four different times and it still didn’t work. By the time I uploaded the video it kept giving me an error message saying that I couldn’t translate to the language that I wanted which is Indonesian to English. And for the parts it did translate, alot of it was wrong so when I tried to edit manually I got more errors. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

    Absolutely awful. After spending the better part of a day trying to caption I video I recorded, I’m throwing in the towel. This app is garbage and don’t waste a penny on it. I had to learn the hard way and I wish I didn’t waste $10.
