   Super user hostile. Tried scrolling to a language to have some text translated and it kept swiping down the screen making it super frustrating super fast, only to find out that Japanese was not a language that was a led to use the picture part

    3 day trial impossible to cancel. My Iranian friend and I used the app yesterday, English and Persian. (No Farsi available). The live language audio was inoperable. When trying to cancel my subscription, I discovered it was impossible. There is no way to do so, unless you try e-mailing the Lithuanian Developer!

    Horrible app. I didn’t subscribe any plan of this app but even after deleted app they still charged me for it. So I had to delete my card information in my phone but to pay for another app I just updated my car info and they took off the money again just right now. <If you see this review you have to refund whole amount to me>

    Unethical. I thought this was a free app but no. You have to subscribe to even get a 7 day trial which automatically turns into an expensive paid version. I don’t mind paying for apps, I have several paid ones, but I hate being deceived. Ethical developers list their prices up front instead of trying to trick people.

    No easy way to cancel. This app is free for “7” days, then the customer is automatically charged at “6” days. Which, ok, fine, charge for your app. But don’t offer it for free, have the app say when opened it is free for a trial only and to go to the App Store to cancel, but give no way to actually cancel. Give it a go there is NO WAY to cancel given as an option for this app on the App Store or within the app itself. I’m certainly not ok with being charged $99 for something I downloaded to tell my mother if it was a good app or no.

    Rip Off. This was the biggest rip off. Really my own fault for not catching it sooner. They charged me $10/week for a few months before I got smart and figured out what was going on. They also have an option for $10/month but they’re happy to take peoples money and not look back. Just wanted folks to know and be aware of the subscription you sign up for ...

    Difficult to cancel membership. I’ve been charged for not using this for a few months...I admit it’s my fault for not checking my bank statements but there’s no way to cancel my membership...at least it’s not easy to do so without contacting them. I just emailed them and I’m waiting for a response

    How to stop billing?. I purchased the app and the instructions say the subscription can be cancelled any time, but through iTunes. Now, where in iTunes? I wasted hours on this. Please send me a link to turn off the automatic renewal, or send me the actual instructions. Thank you.

    Terrible App. this app runs about as well as Christopher Reeve. it has so many bugs that need to be fixed and is such a poorly made app.

    Overcharge. My Lyft driver loaded this for me...said it was a free app. A couple months later i see charges for $19.99 every single week! Then twice they doubled charged me on the same day! Buyer beware of what you are getting yourself into. Make sure you know what the charge will be and how often.
