   It should say you need to pay to use it. After you go through all the trouble to download the app etc, in order to use it you need to pay. Why dont you say it before download?!, so we go the next app that does the same for free?

   Pay to win. Very useful most of the time but, only allows you to take 3 photos a day without a subscription use Google Translate instead this is probably the WORST APP I’ve downloaded change the darn limit😑

   Useless app. Photos are so blurry. The lens won't focus so you have to hold the text you want to translate really far away. And you get about 3 tries before it forces you to pay

   Outdated, just use Google’s Image Translator. This app stinks, it barely translated words properly, I’ve been trying to translate Japanese words off a manga and it barely comes out right. The Google Translate website has its own image translator and its way more useful and it translates properly meanwhile this app doesn’t, you can only do 3 a day and it makes you pay for a PREMIUM.

   Don’t fall for this “free” app. This app is absolutely horrible. It does not work for most things. I tried it in Japan. Furthermore this is supposed to be a 7 day trial. I used it for a few minutes and concluded it is no good. A few days later it will automatically charge your account. I instantly cancelled the subscription that I never signed up for. When you contact Apple, you cannot ask for a refund because it is already cancelled in spite of the fact you never signed up and cancelled within minutes when you realize they charged you anyways. Save yourself a lot of hassles and don’t bother with this app. It’s no good even if it was indeed a free trial as it is supposed to be

    Why?. Not that great of an app. You only get 3 free translations a day and you have to pay $4.99 a month for unlimited translation. Not worth it 🤷🏽‍♀️

    😟. Three minutes ago maybe I write a very very good review about this app because I liked it but for now I took only one photo and translated and it says for non-premium people it’s only free photos and then you have to pay, but I haven’t taken more than you the picture of it. I only took one of it and it says you can only take three photos and not trusting anymore so I don’t know what to do

    1/5. I had a terrible experience with this photo translator app. First, it didn’t even do a decent job of translating the text from my photo there were so many errors, it was practically unusable. When I contacted customer support for help, they were unresponsive and unhelpful, offering generic responses that didn’t address my issue at all. I tried to request a refund since the app was so clearly ineffective, but they refused and kept giving me the runaround. It’s frustrating to pay for an app that doesn’t work as promised and then be ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this app to anyone terrible service, horrible support, and a product that doesn’t deliver. Save your money!

    Allow more photo translations per day!!. Bruh, like seriously?? I can’t read this French assignment so I decide to download this app. First I take a photo of the page and then it says it’s to long??? So I take another photo and it works pretty well! Then I take another photo but it isn’t good. I’m finally doing my French work but then I go and try taking ANOTHER photo and it tells me I can only take 3!? THREE?? Only 3 per day for free, seriously? The first photo I took was stupid because it didn’t even translate it and the second one worked but then the 3rd was the same as the 2nd! AND THEN I delete the photos thinking I can cheat the system but oh no god forbid I do that! And it still doesn’t let me take more photos. So your telling me I have to pay to get a longer text translated AND I will have to pay for more than 3 photos a day? So here I am, with none of my translations, no more 3 free photos, and a French assignment that is not getting done. That’s ridiculous. No thanks.. 🇫🇷=👎

    Does Not Translate Japanese. I purchased the lifetime version and then discovered that it does not translate from Japanese to English. I have requested a refund. This is the worst app that I have ever used for anything. The developer needs to develop this app to a viable program.

    Scammed “Free Trial”. I have reached out to Apple and the company, no reply from this company regarding getting a refund over a charge that was unjust. I signed up for a free trial but was charged IMMEDIATELY , then don’t advertise it as a free trial and lie , and scam your customers . This is ridiculous. I could give this 0 stars if I could.

    The free trial is a scam. They offered me a free trial and charged me full price for a year for it right away, literally the second that I accepted the free trial that was supposed to last 3 days… it even said on the free trial that if I canceled before the free trial ended that I wouldn’t be charged, but I didn’t even get a minute before I was charged. I contacted the developer of this app via email and I never received a response or a refund. I am disabled and didn’t have money for this.

    Really?. To start off, getting the big "buy out membership! Do it! Buy it!" Being thrown into my face literally every two second not even kidding is obnoxious even in itself. Then theres the fact that your only allowed to take three pictures a day without spending 5 bucks a month is also quite insane. I could buy a mbership to watch all the shows i want with what theyre wanting me to spend to take more than three pictures a day. Interestng. Also its a friggen lie. I was only able to take 2 pictures in the first place with out the app going "too bad give us your money." On a good note this reminded me why i dont use mobile apps anymore and just use the internet or random programs on my pc. Thank you for this important lesson. Oh and oh yeah a lotta ads but at least that was expected. Gotta make money somehow but not like this with this pay to use garbage. This isnt world of warcraft for the love of god.

    No cancellations within app. I couldn’t cancel it from my cash app and so I redownloaded it thinking I can turn it off if I signed in used same gmail and it wouldn’t let me cancel it anywhere and I tried to send a message and it told me I didnt have my mail app setup I do and it still won’t send anything or even let me try to

    Garbage App and Waste of Money. I use this app very frequently as I’m learning two different languages in my free time. I figured this would help me with the words I don’t know from my books, but every single time I use this app I get an error that says “cannot connect to online cloud service”. This is ridiculous because I paid $35 to get rid of the advertisements and now the app doesn’t work.

    Never a Penny. *The App is Called Photo Translater* “Please upgrade to premium to use Photo Translater.” Why would I be downloading an app that doesn’t have accessibility to what it offers?     Paid for Premium and Still Asking Me to Pay Premium?!. I paid for premium and it was working great for a few weeks. Now, it’s telling me to pay for premium again, even though my plan hasn’t expired yet. They need to fix this. Also, it’s been crashing lately. I use free translators online now.

    The yearly premium with free trial is a trap. I downloaded this app last week and didn’t subscribe anything, it automatically started the yearly premium after I already uninstalled it, I didn’t even want to use this app. Definitely a piece of ***, trying to grab money from who doesn’t even want to use this app after experiencing its terrible translation quality

I used it to read a manga that has no english version, and the translated version said some random things like “cherry blossoms” squished with some random words when they scene was in the desert!
