   Subscribe scam, charge more than Spotify, using free Google Translate. Scammed my elder parents $10/wk for a year, on a phone they don’t even keep with them. Just use free Google Translate, that what this app uses anyway. Should not be allowed on App Store. Shame on you.

   Terrible APP. Terrible APP rarely works, always asking to renew subscription even though i have paid for a year, double hilling (turns out I was also being billed monthly—they refused to refund me). Rarely works properly!! Customer service very slow and unresponsive. Will definitely not renew (they refused requests for refunds)

   I paid for a free app. OK , I’ll try this again. Last review fell into a hole. Powered by Google, you say? Well, Google translate does offline translation, doesn’t interrupt with promotions (yes, even this paid app, Pocket Translate, that I foolishly subscribed to) and I’m guessing that Google translate has some kind of support, though I didn’t need it. OTOH, Pocket Translator does not do offline translation, it has intrusive notifications that hit at just the wrong time, like at a metro station, and support is Zendesk, with inane and irrelevant knowledge base links. I subscribed for a month and never used this app because it was hard to use and was worthless unless I had a wifi or cellular connection. And user ratings and reviews in the App Store? One word, five star reviews like “great!" Definitely real.

    Not a good app you have to pay and subscribe. I tried this app because I wanted to try Spanish but it makes you pay money and subscribe I just wanted to try one thing on this app don’t get this app unless you want to pay or subscribe 👎🏻

    $7.99 weekly NOT FREE. It’s says “free” but as soon as it downloads the very first pop-up says $7.99 a week after seven day trial. But there is no way to cancel this. I’ve contacted Apple, I’ve tried to contact arcadian many many many times, but there is no way to cancel this. This is going to be an enormous financial burden that I’m not going to be able to endure.

    It took my money!. I am thirteen and was using this app to communicate with my family. I couldn’t figure out how to use it so I cancelled my subscription as I was using the free trial. I deleted the app and went on about my day. All the sudden I see this app took ten dollars from my bank account unexpectedly. I didn’t get notification or any warning it was going to take it out. This app is the worst.

    Very expensive 👎👎. It doesn't tell upfront after the first 7 days free trial, it is $9.99 PER WEEK. This is deceiving . It should be clearly stated to make an informed decision before downloading the app.👎👎

    Confused. I searched on safari for an app that can translate text from photos. I found this app and tried it out. I saw un skippable ad that said I need PrEmIuM in order to use the camera right, so I tried just typing it. When I typed “BopoH” the app just said that it translates to Bopoh, so now I’m mad because this won’t let me use the camera, and it’s so fumb, it doesn’t even translate. Now I’m never getting this app again. All I wanted to do was translate some Russian on a poster of a game that I like.

    What. Ok I tried to translate what I heard in Japanese into English. Nothing came up. Also I wouldn’t pay for a subscription. Ya can’t trans one saying. Lol
