   Everything else is great EXCEPT the app 😔. Everything else (from booking to customer service) is great EXCEPT the app 😔. On my previous trips, the app proved very useful. However, recently, when I go to “Guide”, the app keeps timing out. It’s unusable. Please fix it. Also, it would be useful if the trip details can be made available way ahead of time, like when you book your trip (instead of just one week before the trip). Having additional time can help a lot in planning.

   This all is garbage. The website is great. The company is good. It’s the best place to book multi-city European travel. But this app is glitchy and times out often. You all should really invest more into the development. Using the website can be slow at times, so I was excited to see that the app seems to have better features. But it needs serious work.

   Not as Advertised. Link for the app from Tripmasters indicates all data for trip is available offline, which it needs to be when overseas as well as when traveling such as on subways (since SIM cards don’t provide data when underground). This is not true, when I needed to know my airport terminal when in Seoul on the train, I could not use the app as it said I was not connected to the internet. 2nd issue - dead links: When in Okinawa I tried to use the provided button to check in for my next flight and it showed a 404 error. This app constantly fails to work when needed. You cannot rely on it for anything.

   Good tool but does not auto-update. My Trip function is not auto-updating with changes made to the booking. While the concept of this trip management app is very neat, it is a pity that it cannot be placed into use.

   Cancellation due to the corona virus. I have been trying to cancel due to the outbreak and lockdown of Italy due to the epidemic not because i want to cancel but no help to get my money back,

   Seattle Isn’t A City?. Downloaded and right off the bat, when I tried to enter my trip info, it picked up that I was leaving from Honolulu...awesome. However when I try to type in Seattle as my destination, it says ‘No results found’. Really?? Seattle isn’t a destination? Funny, because they seem to have an airport that I’m flying into! App is a waste of my time. Deleted.

    It’s Frustrating. To have an app that defaults to an internet browser when you try to search trips. It’s cumbersome and defeats the whole purpose of an app

    Great App. This App is very helpful, whoever I wanted to get any info about my trip, was easy to access it . Even if any change is done, it is updated without need to call to the office. I recommend whoever booking through Tripmasters, download this App.

    Great handy application. Nice handy application for advice on what to see, but especially on updates on flight times and gate arrivals and departures!

    Great App but can be difficult to navigate.. I enjoy the services on trip masters and I always think the price is reasonable for most of the trips I looked into. The app however does have some issues. For example, while I am changing dates or want to go back and adjust my arrival date; there is a white page that opens in the middle of the screen and everything comes unresponsive. Besides that I have a few minor reasons on my 3 STARS.

    Great App for Travel. The app makes it really nice to be able to access your travel details, check in for flights, etc. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that I am unable to access the information on each activity booked for each destination on a trip. Once that improvement is made, it will be GREAT!

    Ease of use. We have taken three trips with Tripmasters. In two of those trips we’ve used the app. It’s easy to use. In my opinion, the best feature is the map. Not using data is huge. I feel at ease knowing that most anything I need to find can be done using the app.

    Trip to Brazil and Argentina. Our trip ti South America was great! However communication wasn’t the great with trip masters while there, especially when they had to cancel a tour. Also extra fees for the domestic Flights wasn’t clarified when buying the tour. The quality of the hotels was ok, we didn’t like the fact that our view was always buildings, storage rooms or the hotel parking. Other than that we had a great time in both countries.

    Tripmasters. We have been using Tripmasters now for several years. Having access to everything that we would on our home computers, including the documents, hotel and flight info has been quite nice. Also the chat is actually better than the website version. If you use Tripmasters then you should definitely download this to accompany their service.

    Everything you need in one place. This is a great tool for organizing your trip details - Reservations, flights etc. It reminds you when to check in for flights and pulls up the reservation information as well as the airline check-I page. Travel guides are provided for major cities as well as maps and other useful info.
