   So smart it’s dumb. This app tries so hard to implement the customize routing I end up having to baby sit my rout. Have had multiple occasions where it glitches and puts 2 stops 15 miles away after the other and causes tons of miles and time loss. Awful app just let me organize it

   $20 a month. Not working at all. Can’t scan a single package “no internet connection” every other app works… thanks The next day I can scan packages but it just deleted all the photos of the boxes I took this morning. I can’t tell you how frustrating this app truly is. $20/month for a headache…. Fix your app people. My god.

   Ruined it. Used this app several times a week, but you’ve ruined package ID and now the app is useless to me.

    No matter what I do, it won’t stop charging me $20 a month. This is honestly a pretty good app. I’ve used it as a door-to-door salesman to make routes throughout the day and it does a pretty great job. I have very few complaints. The major problem here is after I finished using it and canceled my account they have continued charging me for another couple months. I have literally deleted my account and they are still charging me. I’m literally going to have to go to my bank and get a new debit card because circuit will not stop charging me $20 a month for a service that I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR. I don’t even have a way to try to cancel it again because, once again, I deleted the account. If you have the choice between this and another route building app, go with a different one!

    Requires a subscription service that isn’t clear until you actually try to use the app for anything. Im sad cause this app looked super promising, but after mapping all my stops, i suddenly need to subscribe to use it at all. I understand needing money but i wish i was warned BEFORE mapping my whole route.

    Misleading. Literally let me put all my stops in to then tell me once I was done I needed to subscribe fro $20/ a month for over 10 stops. Get real!

    User beware. I had used this app a while back whenever I had multiple shop and deliver orders, and at that time it seemed to serve its purpose well. You enter in all the addresses and the “optimized” the entire route saving one time, gas, and wear and tear on a car. It shows you how much time you saved, and includes the total mileage or your optimized route. Awesome! That was then. I recently tested this app while delivering approx 40-49 packages. It’s pretty easy to use and you can take a pic of the address now, which was also awesome! After the first route I thought for sure I had somehow made an error of some sort. Initially it said it had saved me a couple hours! But once I completed the deliveries, it had actually added over 2 HOURS! I was mad at myself and exhausted to say the least. So I tried a 2nd time but this time, after reporting hours saved again, I compared the total mileage from the normal route to the optimized route— and it was OVER 200 miles MORE. Thank gawd I hadn’t waited till after their ridiculously longer route, to verify time saved. Like seriously, the app is not working properly but it claims it will save you hours of drive time. I wouldn’t trust this ever again. The developers owe me money from that 1st route. I can’t be the only one. Yikes!

    Restart route. This app comes in handy when as a company we all use it. But after they took away the restart route it became a hassle. After every route you have to undo the delivered to put it back into the ready to go aspect again, where there once was a button to just restart route which did the undo of the delivered and completed routes. Please bring this update back to us to make it easier and less time consuming to clear hundred of routes a day.

    Turn around!!!!. As a delivery driver, buyer beware. This app has the infuriating habit of directing you as many as 8 to 10 minutes out of your way simply to avoid telling you to take a U-turn to get to your next stop, which could be as close as two minutes away. If you are working a town you are unfamiliar with, it can drive you crazy to get to your next stop and see that your last one was right around the corner, but this app drove you all through an entire neighborhood, looking for a way to bring you back the way you came without the U-turn.

    Cant “restart” route anymore. Used to be the BEST routing app. I drive 2200 miles a week and this was hands down the best app until they removed the “restart route” button. Now you have re-enter the routes each time……

    No longer worth it. We’ve used this app for lawn care for a few years now. With this new update you can no longer restart the routes, you need to copy everything over and rename the route to start again. You used to be able to just hit “restart route” honestly disappointing and we will be looking for another app to support. No way this is worth $120 with all of the extra work it takes.

    Dumbest update. They took away the “restart route” feature and now I have to manually go though and add back every daily stop that I have though out the week. Sometimes change isn’t always good

    Feature missing?. Our company has been using Circuit for years and haven’t dealt with any major issues til now. Out of nowhere, the “restart route” feature is missing, and now we have to manually uncheck hundreds of stops every day in order to use our existing routes. This needs to be fixed immediately or we may be forced to find a different app.

    Very stressful. I do not like this app at all I wish I could give zero stars it’s very hard to navigate very stressful I spent hours planning my route for it to optimize and there’s no button to un do it when I do optimize it makes my route even longer then it’s supposed to

    Why am I paying $20 a month for a routing app that doesn’t work?. If you’re going to force people to pay $20 to use an effective google maps routing add-on, you shouldn’t use google maps and it’s incredibly incorrect plot points and directions. Please stop having me turn left on roads that I’m not allowed or able to turn left on. Please stop having me go 4-10 minutes out of my way to TURN AROUND when I could just TURN AROUND ON THE STREET I’M ON. Please stop bringing me to destinations that don’t even exist. If you’re going to continue having these massive flaws in the extremely simplistic function of ROUTING then you should not be charging the insane price of $20 a month. Why would I pay a monthly fee for something that does not work?

    $20 is ridiculous!!. Seriously $20 for this?? And plus you could have made the “free” version more than 10 stops! And maybe state that in the beginning before I put in 60 stops just to find out I have to pay 20 dollars.

    Stopped working. Stopped working on my route today, after inputting all my addresses. Deleted and downloaded 3 times, still won’t let me enter addresses. It finds the address; then when I exit none are saved. I am paying for this; where is support??
