   Obnoxious in-app purchase checking popups. I was about to become a subscriber, but not after having this app essentially cripple complete use of a device because I needed to clear hundreds of incessant "in-app purchase not allowed" alerts after installing this app. As a privacy and security focused professional that frequently travels, I was very much looking forward to utilizing this aesthetically beautiful app and website. However, until this garbage coding nightmare is corrected, I cannot in good conscientious recommend this as an app for any device.

   Need to manually add a LOT. I have three email accounts with travel info. I forward emails to Wanderlog but none show up. I click on “start” to learn how to do things, nothing happens. I am wasting a LOT of time negotiating an interface that leaves a lot to be desired. I see now why I canceled after the free trial. A month later, I mistakenly bought an annual plan after reading a glowing review of what this app can do. So far, it is not doing ANY of those things, and I’m wasting a lot of time manually doing what the app claims it will do. BUYER BEWARE. I’d file for a refund if I could get it.

   Cluttered, not useful for actual travel. The app is cluttered, unintuitive, and contaminated with irrelevant ‘recommendations’. It’s ok for vicarious armchair fantasy travel but worse than useless for actual travel. Unfortunately I was 1/2 a day late canceling the (useless) free trial so I contributed a years subscription to the author for no benefit and attempting to use the app actually made my trip more stressful.

   Surveys and ads, non-stop. My wife picked this up to organize a Japan trip. She sent a link sharing the trip. Did not work, kept forcing me to answer survey questions and trying to sell me an upgrade. Finally got it to work. Opened the app a week later and got the same bs and our trip details are gone. Whatever benefit the app might offer are outweighed by it not working and generally being painful to live with.

   wtf. The app is NONSTOP crashing for me today. Planning a task and then the site says reload and it’s all gone. Over and over and over again.

   Scam to get $$. Couldn’t even see distance from CA to TN, how yo split up trip, miles or time?? Not good for a road trip.., easier to use Google Maps/Waze and they are free!

    Requires an Account. This may be a great app. Unfortunately, like some other apps, it REQUIRES you to “sign up” for an account before you can use it. As a new user, I don’t know yet if I’ll like the app, so there should be a way to try it, or at least see what it can do, BEFORE I create an account. So, I immediately uninstalled. Fix that, and maybe I’ll try it again.

    Glitch Haven. This app has done nothing but glitch, close, freeze and just not work since I downloaded 10 minutes ago. I paid for the 7 day free trial membership which is supposed to be better? I’ll give this app another few days to see what’s up. Otherwise this stays a 1 ⭐️

    Euro trip. Tried to use this app for a Europe family trip this summer. Bought the year package but found it cumbersome and difficult to use personally. Company would not refund the subscription. Disappointed.

    Cant add anything. Cannot add anything to a trip someone shares with you. It’s a gimmick they get you to sign up give your email to view what was shared with you pop up constant offerings to upgrade instead of letting you learn how great the app is then deciding oh hey I’ll pay for this, it is just not stop dead ends. Not functional but pretends to be

    Errors, errors, errors. I created an account and tried to use the app but immediately encountered so many questions (which I had to choose to skip 3+ times), tutorials, and pop ups about Pro that I couldn’t really get started. I tried to add a trip and add my flight but it wouldn’t pull flights for the airline. I tried for the hotel I’ll be at but had the same issue. Finally, I tried to delete my account and received an error. When I clicked the contact us at the bottom Of that page it didn’t work. I navigated out to another contact us area and was sent to an AI bot. I wrote a message and included a screenshot requesting my account and data be deleted. It didn’t go through. So, there’s some data privacy concerns here aside from the user experience issues.

    So difficult to sign in. Couldn’t hate the app more. Doesn’t have an option to forget passport. Signed in with apple instead and it created a new profile.

    App is very limited. I really wanted to love this app as I find the concept really helpful. However, the app is unable to accommodate anything besides basic hotel reservations and flights. When I tried to add an Airbnb stay to my itinerary it wouldn’t let me and the same with my cruise. I tried to reach out to customer service to see how to add it but got an error saying the email doesn’t exist. Lastly, I tried a chat bot who said my question was too complex and the owner would bet back to me within 24 business hours. That was 4 days ago and it never happened. Nice concept but needs a lot of work to really be helpful for anything other than a hotel accommodation.

    Disappointed. I’m disappointed that the email forwarding doesn’t work. We wanted this app for organizing existing plans. I tried three times to use the address provided by the app to add plans. None of the emails arrived. TripIt emails were received and added immediately to the app, so it looks like we will be continuing to use TripIt.

    Charged me for a full year plan when I wanted to cancel. I trialed the app and found it useless so didn’t use it beyond day 1. Proceeded to charge me for a full year plan when I wanted to cancel, and did not refund me when I requested via Apple 1 day after they charged me. What a scam.

    Stop asking for rating. The app is actually great but it has one infuriating misfeature that cannot be forgiven: constantly prompting for a rating (it does not use the standard system one that can be turned off). The prompt also cannot be skipped or closed so I literally kill the app every time to make it go away.

    Website buttons don’t work. Popup browser for search doesn’t work 99% of the time. After the 15th refresh to resolve on my iPhone 17, I’m giving up. Really wanted to like this app.

    Charged me on day 1 of the 7 days free trial and Apple refuses to refund me. This is blatant robbery. I signed up for the 7 days free trial pro membership then saw my account was charged for a yearly subscription. I disputed the charge with Apple but they denied my request with no explanation except my purchase isn’t eligible for a refund. Ridiculous. I am now going to dispute through my credit card company.

    JCM. I signed up for the app and paid $31.99 for the premium membership. A month later and I am still unable to use my membership because I never received any info on how to log into the paid membership. In the process of trying to figure it out, I ended up creating two profiles but couldn’t link either one to my paid membership. I wrote to the admin email asking for help but received no response. In addition, I tried planning a trip on one of my profiles but found the site template to be clunky, rigid, and not useful for that trip. I’ve asked for a refund and to delete both profiles.
